Very sad move...
No, the existing scene where TIM intercepts Anderson right after exiting the beam works well with the tone of the game. This game's theme was that a victory isn't possible without a great deal of sacrifice. And sacrificing Anderson to take TIM out was the penultimate price Shepard had to pay. Even the ending choices were about what you were willing to sacrifice. Destroy - sacrifice all synthetics. Control - sacrifice corporeality and possibly everybody's freedom. Synthesis - sacrifice the variability and diversity of life for homogenization.
They were a formidable force when deployed. They invaded the Citadel and took control of CSEC temporarily, they invaded the Salarian homeworld of Sur'Kesh, beat Shepard to the Mars archive and took the Crucible data before Shepard could himself. Not to mention Sanctum and dozens of other places under their control which affected the galaxy one way or another...don't think Shepard or the Alliance ever found them funny. Cerberus really made it difficult for everyone.
Could have done so much with TIM. Kept me wondering throughout the franchise about his identity. Went so far into imagination of his being the Creator/Designor of the cycle and being the final boss of the game. Turned out to be way less interesting and anticlimactic.
If it was this good created in the game. The way they created the combats in ME1 was just cheesy, it was ridiculous even for the time in 2008. The way they made the combats in ME2 was just awesome, it's the reason why ME2 is probably the best game ever made. But it's such a dissapointment in ME3. You saw ME3 wasn't as good as ME2 even by looking at the cover, too much blue, too cold, whilst ME2 was more orange, way way wormer and more appealing in every way. But nobody would have thought it's so lame and obviously unfinished. I hated fightings in ME3 mostly, for it's so frustrating and stupid. The most annoying thing was when soldiers always throw granates in your cover (they did that in ME2 also, but it were glare granades, and it wasn't this much).

After reading some posts here, i was just thinking of an ending, a happy one, where the Illusive man could be standing at the same place as the Catalysis, after killing Anderson, tryning to convince Shep to take his path to control the Reapears, meanwhile the Catalysis doing the same for the Sinthesys, and if you have a really high MS, but based mostly on what you did on ME and ME2, you could convince TIM back that he was wrong, make him remember that he and Cerberus were fighting for the humanity survival since the begining and not to control the Reapers, making him to send his remaining Cerberus troops, as kamikazes to help agains the reapers and also, convince him to use the destroy option, giving Shep time to be saved by Jocker at the very last moment. What do you guys think???. i brought it up this because i still think the way they kill off TIM was just a nonsense failure from Bio, so the way they made Cerberus as the main Villain of the final chapther, instead Habinger.
+BrainConqueror80 True, but i cant stand how one of the best characters from ME 2, was just stremed down as a generic villain in ME 3...
OST 16:25
Illusive Man's forces look so ridiculous, just look at them!
Hemmo Laurell Your reply made me crack up xD
In numbers, they might be formidable. But they're still so funny!
Hemmo Laurell Ahem, the bomb was planted by the Turians, in fact.
Onemaster Yeah Cerberus seized control over it, granting it theirs.
Cayden1986 indeed
Yeah except they left out the Dragoon. Poor Dragoon :(
tell me about the cerberus
For Humanity!
me and the boys on our way to be space racist
TAKE COVER!!!!!!!!!!
You forgot about the dragoons
They left out Dr. Eva as well.
“Humanity First...”
Could have done so much with TIM. Kept me wondering throughout the franchise about his identity. Went so far into imagination of his being the Creator/Designor of the cycle and being the final boss of the game.
Turned out to be way less interesting and anticlimactic.
When Humanity stops racism own kind and focuses on the same goal.
Bad ass picture! Oh... and 1st!!! HAHA
Grenades are a good thing. Without em, you could cover camp forever
Cerberus FOREVER!
