    It’s like you made this video especially for me…and for me this made my hamstrings look flexible as it was intense in my calves! And your “relax your facial muscles” comments were on cue every time as there was def some funky facials going on for me 😂 thank you for your awesome vid and concise guidance 🙏

      If you are referencing the first pose in this video - Ardha Uttanasana - I suggest you stand about your legs length away from the chair. 😀
