Method of making dhikrullah ( remembrance of Allah ) Surah 7 verse 205 "And remember your Lord by your tongue and within yourself, humbly and with fear without loudness in words in the mornings, and in the afternoons and be not of those who are neglectful".
It was narrated from Anas ibn Maalik that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Some of those who accompanied me will come to me at the Cistern, and when I see them and they come close to me, they will be snatched away before they reach me. I will say: ‘O Lord, my companions [usayhaabi], my companions!’ but it will be said to me: You do not know what they introduced after you were gone.” Narrated by al-Bukhari (6211) and Muslim (2304).
The true facts of the mowlood that shaykh faaiek doesn’t tell you about. 1:We Recite Quaran 2: We send abundance of salawwat upon the Prophet peace and blessings upon him his family his companions 3:We discuss the seerah-the life of the Prophet 4:We gather people in the house of ALLAH to express their joy and love for the cream of creation. If the learned Shaykh can please prove via Quran and authentic Hadith that any of these acts are a bid’aa,then I would indeed be convinced that mowlood is a bid’aa. This is a strategy used by our enemies to create these divisions and occupy our minds with nonsensical secondary issues while the ummah is burning. I would like the shaykh opinion on the current state of affairs of his salafi counterparts bringing all the vice to the holy lands . Mowlood is about love,NO LOVE NO ISLAM ❤
Love Rasullulah SAW by following his sunnah in Deen and every aspect of life in the manner of the Companions and the Followers. Not once a year singing songs and other activities that wasn't practiced in the time of Rasullulah SAW, the Companions, the Followers or the A-imah May Allah be pleased with them.
Who are you to add something to the Complete and perfect Deen of Islam? Did Rasulullah SallAllahu Alayhi Wasallam leave us, Allah forbid a deficient Deen?
I see just goodness in making Mowlood out of gratitude for our Nabi Salallaahu Alayhie Wassalaam, he is the course of us being Muslim. ( Sent by our Allah) Algamdulillah!
I like how those who defend the mowleed say they come together to recite seerah and praise the prophet saw. They know that 90% of the people in most masaajid don't understand arabic so the recital of the barzanji mowleed predominantly falls on deaf ears. They also know that there is no precedent to stand at a specific juncture and praise the prophet saw. So they will use generic statement to attempt to create an argument. I'm not for or against mowleed but I'm against people attacking others who are sharing their knowledge.
Dindjarin It is those against the Mawlid who are causing arguments, if you ask those who celebrate the Mawlid why do they celebrate it they will tell you because of their love they have for the prophet p.b.u.h.
@@farookdinaully8029 I don't think it's wrong for someone to ask why we celebrate mowleed. We live in an environment where everything is questioned, and rightly so. We have to understand what we do and why we do it. I also don't fully agree that one can say those who attend do it to show they love the prophet saw. There are many ways to show this love, and one just has to look at the emptiness of our masaajid for Fajr to gauge the extent of that love. I think it's become more of a ritual to attend mowleed, but I do think we should take advantage of that by discussing seerah and explaining the life of the prophet saw rather than reading poems in Arabic that very few understand. How many of us actually know what happened in Khandaq and why? Or how we were successful in Khaybar and what that led to. So so many lessons. We miss out on opportunity to foster that love unfortunately.
@@DinDjarin914 I agree with you there are many ways we can show our love for our beloved prophet p.b.u.h. and the Mawlid is one of them. In the Mawlid we recite the Quran, we send abundance of salawaat on our beloved prophet p.b.u.h., we gather people in the house of Allah and we talk about the life of our beloved prophet p.b.u.h.his family and companions. So my question to you is this: Which of these practice are against about?
@@farookdinaully8029 I'm not for or against the mowleed as I stated before. The problem with the mowleed is what you put in it. As soon as you put something in that is ritualised then it loses its validity. Rituals that I have observed: majority of people attending on the 12th when there is no authentic evidence for this date; reciting of poems/literature in Arabic that people don't understand; standing at the point where the birth is mentioned and reciting salawaat (majority of the people don't know why they are standing). I think our mowleed are better off being used for English based seerah discussions to educate the public.
@oupaenouma4131 The scenario you gave is not only silly but it doesn't make sense, many people give the fatwa of bia'ah without understanding what is actually a bid'ah your argument is weak and your understanding about Bid'ah is based on lack of understanding and ignorance. You need to know what is the real meaning of Bid'ah before you comment on it. When our beloved prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. talked about making innovations what he meant was innovations that contradict the and his sunnah, otherwise any innovation that would benefit Islam and the Muslims such as coloured tajweed Quran, Islamic calender, the Quran itself written with zabar, pesh. There are many many innovations which benefit Islam that do not contradich Quran and Sunnah and you cannot freeze Islamic nation in history with your illogical bid'ah argument. Good innovations were allowed in Islam .

@Faiez-rh1gm What a stupid response... The Prophet (saw) found them doing something that he did not teach them... then on top of it, said thay Allah is boasting about them! How did they know they could do this? Because of the various hadith that speaks about the virtue of people gathering and remembering Allah and it being in the scope of the sharia. There's only one group of people that want to claim Islam for themselves and destine the rest of the Muslim ummah to Jahannam... yet these types of gatherings where happening in the time of the prophet(saw) and sohabah already 🤦🏼♂️ if they(this one group) saw the sohabah doing it, they would have probably told them they they are busy with bid'ah 😅

@@yazeedmohamed does this hadith compare to the way dhikr ( remembrance of Allah) are made today in South Africa? NO, obviously not because the shahaaba knew how to remember Allah as in Surah 7 verse 205. Shahaaba obviously followed this verses in their method of making dhikr that's why the Prophet peace be upon him did not stop them. Does the people who follow their desires make dhikr in this method as mentioned in Surah 7 verse 205? "And remember your Lord by your tongue and within yourself, humbly and with fear without loudness in words in the mornings, and in the afternoons and be not of those who are neglectful"
Sunan Ibn Majah 14 Aishah narrated that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever innovates something in this matter of ours (i.e. Islam) that is not part of it, will have it rejected."
Because if we say we follow the Prophet Muhammad Saw then must do what he and his Sahabas practiced. They never celebrated his birthday nor did the Prophet tell them to do nor did Aisha do that Nobody knows even when his date of birth really is
True. Allah and the Malaaika and creation send salawaat to our beloved nabi Muhammad saws not only on his birthday but now as we speak. Now there's humans that refuse to do this? What a disgrace
@@Faiez-rh1gmagree 100%. Do what our beloved prophet Muhammad saw and sahaabas did and abstain from what they didn't do. I remember 1 Sahaba broke hid teeth because our prophet lost 1 of His teeth in a battle, will you do what this sahaba did. Did other sahabas did that?? One sahaba sacrificed all his wealth for the pleasure of Allah, will u do that?? In Nairobi, city of Kenya,we have surpassed these arguments,we realized we r seriously dividing the Umma ,instead we are tolerating each other and are trying to live comparatively despite the differences. The impact of secularism has hit us fatally, leaving no time for for our children to learn Who is Allaah Azza wa Jalla first, and then to know His prophet Muhammad s.a.w and then his book the Holy Quran.only 5 hrs of madrasa compared to 76hrs of school per week. The hearts have become blank and weary of Allaah's deen here, not to mention the pull of modern electronic entertainments for children. But once in a year we dedicate a day to teach the siira of our beloved Prophet Muhammad s.a.w from the time he was born, his childhood, marriage, painful incidences he went through, his akhlaaq, and his assistance to us (shafaa) in aakhira. This beautiful occasion has made many African people to revert to lslaam during the colonial times, the festival which welcomes all with delicious foods, beautiful qaswaid with daf(twala3al badru Alaina....) brings our prophet into consciousness and his holy mission, which grows into loving him and following him. On top of that sending plenty of salawaat, which is ordered by Allaah Subhana huu wa Ta3ala.ln this ever busy world one day to leave everything and listen to his siira and being Grateful to Allaah for being born into his ummah, this is Bida hasana just like praying tarawih and tahajud with jamaa which he never did,and many others.Anyway these are petty arguments by lbliis,we should tolerate and unite, the Muslim Umma is in dire need of this, especially this current situation worldwide.
I disagree. Allah was the first to praise and send salawaat on our beloved Nabi SAW. Allah instructs us to send, not optional. What about the millions spent on Ijtimas ?
As salaamu alykum. Celebrating the birth and life of our beloved Nabi Mogammad S.A.W - May peace be upon him is something that should be done everyday, as he is the man that brought Islam and the Quran to us, and came as a mercy to all mankind. The Mawlid or whatever you want to call it is a gathering where love is expressed for the sake of Allah. Allah is the only one we should worship, which means that thikr gatherings should be within the laws of Islam, which it is here in Cape Town. If you have a problem with these gatherings of love for our Nabi S.A.W then what can you offer besides promoting disunity? What can you offer to bring people closer for the sake of Allah? Like a gathering that promotes love for the sake of Allah, which can also be a form of dawah. The 2 Eid al adha issue also caused disunity in the communities, when it was introduced, but no solution was provided. One solution is having 2 Eid ul Ada celebrations over two days, as it is actually a 3 day Eid. Also we don’t do grave worship in true Islamic practice, we visit the graves of our pious out of respect and only worship Allah alone. Kind regards.

@yazeedmohamed *Abdullah Ibn Masūd رضي الله عنه on Bid’ah: Rejection of apparently good or small innovations* Salamah al-Hamdani reported: We used to sit by the door of Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, may Allah be pleased with him, before dawn prayer. When he came out, we would walk with him to the mosque. Abu Musa al-Ash’ari came to us and he said to him, “O Abu Abdur Rahman, I recently saw something in the mosque that I detested and yet, praise be to Allah, I saw nothing but good.” Ibn Mas’ud said, “What was it?” Abu Musa said, “If you wait long enough, you will see it. I saw people sitting in the mosque in circles waiting for prayer. A man in each circle had pebbles and he would tell them to exalt Allah one hundred times and they would do so, then declare there is no God but Allah one hundred times and they would do so, then glorify Allah one hundred times and they would do so.” Ibn Mas’ud said, “What did you say to them?” Abu Musa said, “I did not say anything to them. I was waiting for your opinion or order.” Ibn Mas’ud said, “Would you not order them to count their sins and guarantee for them that their good deeds would not be wasted?” We went along with him until he reached one of these circles and he stood over it, saying, “What is this I see you doing?” They said, “O Abu Abdur Rahman, they are pebbles by which we count the exaltation of Allah, declaration of His oneness, and His glorification.” Ibn Mas’ud said, “Count your sins, for I guarantee that none of your good deeds will be wasted. Woe to you, nation of Muhammad! How quickly do you run to your destruction! Here are his companions, may Allah be pleased with them, numerous around you, these are his clothes yet to fade, these are his utensils yet to break. By the One in whose hand is my soul, perhaps you are upon a religion better guided than the religion of Muhammad? Or have you opened the door of misguidance?” They said, “By Allah, O Abu Abdur Rahman, we intended nothing but good.” Ibn Mas’ud said, “How many intend good but are not right! The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, informed us that people would recite the Quran and it would not reach beyond their throats. By Allah, I do not know that perhaps many of them are among you!” Then he turned away from them. ‘Amr ibn Salamah said, “We saw most of them in these circles attacking us on the day of Nahrawan with the Khawarij.” *Source: Musnad al-Dārimī 211
Please advise, if I never participated in a mauwlood gathering or celebration in my life and I die, will Allah Rabul Izzah cast me in jahanam because of that?
The last time a challenge was made to Sheigh Ghamieldien a hall was book at the Gousia Manzil in Rylands Estate, Cape Town. Aslm, i am not disputing the facts of the Sheg , and his views on Moulood , living in a western society is a different experience , in the 1970 's during the group areas act the communities were in turmoil ,as children we had a choice to join a soccer team, rugby team ,klopse, etc my late father RA took send us with a Gadad Jamaa, those who chose go with the latter bacame Imaams ,resulting from going with this jamaas ,the others became rugby soccer stars ,just sharing my experiece, i think the Sheg must build up not break down. May ALLAH give us true guidence .Ameen
And theres even those that want to change the Words of the Last Sermon to manipulate those that's not aware of it.Surah Baqarah speak clearly of The Hypocrites ,Some of those who SAY they Belief in Allah(S) and the Last Day ,but they DONT REALLY BELIEVE.
Dont spread fitna. I stay in malaysia. People are not shouting in the streets... 1. Give one hadith that states that a celebration is a bida'a? 2. The Prophet SAW fasted on his birthday and he said he was specifically fasting because of his mawlid. 3. What is wrong gathering in the masjid to read poerty and seerah? The Prophet SAW had so many poets reading poetry or qasidah and he loves it 4. The government is malaysia is not using mawlid as a political tool. People celebrate his SAW legacy out of love. Your own family spoke out against you for the fitna you spoke. You forget that you have been refused against a decade plus ago on the fitna you spoke and then when invited to masjid to debate the issue by prominent world ulama you ran. I came to your house personally with a relative and when asked you about the books you did not have in your possession you said you have not read it ...

Can the sh give his view on the video where the salafi's are praising bin baaz? So mawlood is bid'ah but praising the salafi's sh is good? Sounds more like double standards to me.
Another baseless argument. Rasulullah SallAllahu Alayhi Wasallam is reported to have said: "Honour my Companions, indeed they are the best amongst you.And after them are those (Taabieen ) who follow them and after them are those (Tab e Taabieen) who follow them.Thereafter falsehood will prevail". If its not the Beef then its the qibla if its not the qibla then its the eid if its not the eid its the mawlood these creeps can for once get a life and let cape town muslims get along as ONE they are hell bent on cause fitnah . My message to them is to " get a life " your mission has always been to devide people your mission will fail because you are misled and you cannot even see it
The take away for me from this lecture, is the words of Imam Malik RA Whatever was not part of Islam on that day(Arafah) , is not part of lslam today. Bas galas!!!

This Shayk shluld openly say that he is a Salafi, and thats he is sectarian. Maulid is based on Sound Islamic principles. Music is haraam. This Shaykh should accept debating this issue with a Sunni Bareilwi Shaykh on each and every point he raises here.
The first recorded celebration of Mawlid only took place in the early 12th century. It was commonly attributed to the Fatimid caliphate in Egypt around the year 970 CE. The Fatimid Caliphate was a Shia Islamic caliphate that existed from the early 10th century until the late 12th century. It was founded by Abdullah al-Mahdi Billah in 909 CE in North Africa. The Fatimids were known for their unique interpretation of Islam, claiming descent from Fatimah, the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad, and her husband Ali, the first Imam in Shia Islam. .... so rather be called a "Salafi" since it refers to a movement within Sunni Islam that seeks to emulate the practices and beliefs of the early generations of Muslims, known as the "Salaf," which means "ancestors" or "predecessors." Salafis advocate for a return to what they consider the pure form of Islam, based on the Quran and the Hadith (the sayings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad), and often emphasize a strict interpretation of these texts. The Salafi movement is diverse, encompassing various schools of thought, but it generally rejects innovations (bid'ah) in religious practices and promotes a focus on monotheism (tawhid).

Please base your comments on the holy Quran, Sunnah of our Prophet, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, or his Companions, or the next three best generations thereafter ..None of them celebrated mawlid. Even the founders of the four major Sunni madhāhib-Imam Abu Hanifa (Hanafi), Imam Malik (Maliki), Imam al-Shafi'i (Shafi'i), and Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (Hanbali)-did not celebrate Mawlid, as the practice became more prominent after their lifetimes. The first recorded celebration of Mawlid only took place in the early 12th century based on cultural and regional practices...
Instead of having all these debates and talks and views on 'your' opinion or evidence on the validity of mawlid, against your muslim brothers who are praising Allah and sending salawaat on our master SAW. Rather use that time and energy to speak and show proofs and evidence to the people who don't believe in Allah at all and the rasool SAW.
The heading for this video should be "My opinion on Mawlid" Fact Bidah means any innovation to the Dean of ISLAM is wrong. Mawlid means birthday celebration, every Muslim participating in Mawlid is only celebrating the Nabi's (PBUH) birthday and NOT claiming to be changing the DEAN. The Nabi (PBUH) never celebrated a birthday hence this Sheikh should tell his followers to NOT celebrate any birthday. Live & let live do not divide the Umah
It is understandable that ir concern is that Muslims will follow the trend from previous ppl by elevating man to status of God which is shirk.Nonetheless to honor those who have made an impact on society or even our parents for that matter shud we not honor them?celebrating honorable characters from history rather than neferarious ones is a positive move for a society. What we shud take heed is excessive exaggeration. If ppl can do mandela day take holidays celebrating paganism it will behoove us to identify positive examples in history. Islam was never repressive what we lack is the impetus to move fwd in science we get stuck at theology instead of bringing honorable ethics as muslims to the sciences the past had so many polymath today we get stuck in rhetoric and we stay at this level instead of transforming the world so that we like the creation can sabigh bihamdi! We must really examine our intentions before embarking do u even understand what mixed msgs we send when we say honor and obey ur parents one minute and then the next we say dnt follow ur forefathers first we must check our own logic and psychosis. Have we looked at the psychology of what we preach? Everyone wants to b a pioneer in something. But we forget the true message of bringing harmony. So neither you or others have the whole truth and we shud acknowledge this that most things we have is theory for the most part. Can we separate religion and politics? Do we understand how stratified a society is? Do we all grow at the same rate? Therefor expecting ppl to c what others c because u r sitting at a more expansive position is completely unfair. Eventually everyone gets there as one expands. For a mind stretched can never go back to the way it used to b but its a personal journey. We must be careful on our superiority complex we gather when we have acquired knowledge. Ur truth is only relative

Method of making dhikrullah ( remembrance of Allah )
Surah 7 verse 205
"And remember your Lord by your tongue and within yourself, humbly and with fear without loudness in words in the mornings, and in the afternoons and be not of those who are neglectful".
It was narrated from Anas ibn Maalik that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Some of those who accompanied me will come to me at the Cistern, and when I see them and they come close to me, they will be snatched away before they reach me. I will say: ‘O Lord, my companions [usayhaabi], my companions!’ but it will be said to me: You do not know what they introduced after you were gone.”
Narrated by al-Bukhari (6211) and Muslim (2304).
Vast majority of of Muslims practice it and the majority of Muslims will NEVER go astray
The true facts of the mowlood that shaykh faaiek doesn’t tell you about.
1:We Recite Quaran
2: We send abundance of salawwat upon the Prophet peace and blessings upon him his family his companions
3:We discuss the seerah-the life of the Prophet
4:We gather people in the house of ALLAH to express their joy and love for the cream of creation.
Are you saying that the Blessed Sahabah RadhiAllahu Anhum didn't know about love?
Your asking about the current tinpot dictatorship's wrongdoings are baseless.
Clown prince is not our leader and his actions don't make our Shariah.
Read Surah Maaidah ayah no.3 and it's tafseer.
Sheikh has quoted the Ayah.
That's enough for the Ummah to not indulge in bidah acts of 'worship'.
Dindjarin
It is those against the Mawlid who are causing arguments, if you ask those who celebrate the Mawlid why do they celebrate it they will tell you because of their love they have for the prophet p.b.u.h.
@@DinDjarin914
I agree with you there are many ways we can show our love for our beloved prophet p.b.u.h. and the Mawlid is one of them.
@oupaenouma4131
The scenario you gave is not only silly but it doesn't make sense, many people give the fatwa of bia'ah without understanding what is actually a bid'ah your argument is weak and your understanding about Bid'ah is based on lack of understanding and ignorance.

You are right my brother
Follow the sunnah brother. The prophet and his Sahabah did not do this.

@yazeedmohamed *Abdullah Ibn Masūd رضي الله عنه on Bid’ah: Rejection of apparently good or small innovations*
Salamah al-Hamdani reported: We used to sit by the door of Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, may Allah be pleased with him, before dawn prayer. ‘Amr ibn Salamah said, “We saw most of them in these circles attacking us on the day of Nahrawan with the Khawarij.”

Does it make any sense ? So the mosque is full of people celebrating mowlood over flooded with people. Wich is not a sunnah and not fard. But the next day the mosque is half almost empty for the fard salaah. Does it make all sense
Sorry sheikh. With all due respect but you really annoy me on this. You mislead the people. It's all about love for Allah's most beloved.
No 1 sheik why do you go to madina no 2 the swa was asked who will be with in Janna the who sends most durood upon me most important with all your knowledge you should be connnnecting and teaching the studies what is happening there is worse then making moulood hence gadaat brings Muslims together to praise Allah and our beloved professionals
So philosophical I must say 😂
@@NazeemJacobs-m9m nope after common sense once u exit the matrix u realize the God we create in our image with anthropomorphic qualities seem to really dislike its own creation and pits one group against each other and there in lies the fallacy that my way of worship is better than urs. Clearly what we see today is in some sense a schizophrenia of not liking one self so we prop us up with superior notion that my understanding of what I think is right is better than urs. But u only get to this conclusion when ubreach the echelon of superiority and u realize the only way out detachment and the infinite space and understanding will never be enough or the whole truth for what each knows is all relative and that the one is actually not divisible but ur psychosis informs u that u r and then u stay in the pursuit of seeking rather than knowing thru self discovery which is how u shatter the illusion. U didn't come here to save the world or teach the next u r on ride so magical that all u can explore is ur infinite universe🤣🤣so for the most part when u arguing with others u essentially arguing with urself🤣🤣🤣u choose to stay in the sleep state u rinse repeat and argue u choose to detach u realize all u ever encounter is versions of the self in different environments. There is no truth other than the all experiencing individuation🤣🤣🤣however u have to walk this path like padawan🤣 if u r of the belief that a true creator despises his own creation and has chosen specific characters to b the moral compass for the entire world then ur mind has been colonized🤣and u dismiss one of the fundamental understanding that both good and bad comes from the same source. U can blame the bogeyman for all ur short comings or u realize the bogeyman like ur own truths is just a figment of ur imagination or u carry on believing u r the chosen one🤣
@@NazeemJacobs-m9m the question that shud b posed is who started the US vs them syndrome each group has a formula to turn the Adam into Mohamed its basically the study of alchemy. They don't teach u this because the relevance of organized religion will be obsolete. But since the planet is due for an upgrade ppl reality is warping because time space collapsing the farce is being exposed. Evry 1 had the potential to be ahsani takweem aka ascended masters. The religious quarter taught ppl Evrything but that. Some happened upon it and others were chosen to learn this. That's how humanity stayed oppressed and a few rule. Many who dons the robes of piety often charlatans as they kept the masses from realizing their full potential. It's not one man's opus. Nobody ever questions why was there discord in paradise in the first place🤣perhaps ur lord is one of confusion. This matrix is a poor attempt at the real thing until ppl break free they remain prisoners and someone else will continue to carve out their destiny
We have bigger issues than mawlood like living in a roman empire under roman calendaring systems if we really want to consider shirk issues!
