Make it Extreme
I ThaiLand
Make it Extreme guys you are in Cyprus ?
pafos actually !
Paphos? Ha! I was there. Cyprus has great food, OMG! So good!
People making coffee tables with plywood, and then this guys blow the maker community with all kinds of prototypes. Pure skills.
Dudes! You are inspector gadgets! ✌️ very impressive!
"and velcomm to the hydraulic press channell!"
VAT DA FOK?
Every machining shop needs a hydraulic power pack in its arsenal, why do you think the guys will become a hydraulic press channel? Imagine their crafting skills combined with hydraulic power... the best are yet to come!
I think it can attack at any time
petrosant123 sense of humooooor
Some people like Nuovo call it irony :D
Another great build guys. I like that you kept the hydraulic motor in the oil.
One of your most professional looking creations to date. Great job, guys!
Awesome! Looks like you are on your way to a homemade Bulldozer.
Why not.
Clever and of course very well made project guys! There is no limit for you! Congrats and thank for the treat!!!
that was insane great work guys !!
Yeah 💯
Yay they did built a hydraulic pump! I sense a press coming up next! :D
Beautiful power pack project of course!! As always, Thanks for another great upload!!!!!!
Horizontal Press is coming, I can feel it!
Nice job! Love this video. I used to work for a mass producer of stock and custom stationary and mobile reservoirs. Kinda reminded me of that time in my life. Miss it at times, but it was definitely hard work. Both physically, and mentally.
Used to do non-destructive testing: hydrostatic, air pressure, DPT testing daily. Along with finishing, packaging, and shipping.
This type of reservoir would be a hydrostatic test. Flat gaskets on the lid, with holes punched out, secured with 3/8" bolts attached to threaded tabs on the underside through the holes.
Other similar tanks never a lip on the top edge. Just gussets in the corners, 1/2" below the top edge. Those tanks had U-Channel gasket and similar lid style. There were a few dozen different types of available for motor mounts, SAE couplings. Some NPT threads, but mostly SAE. All other tanks had 3/4" SAE drains on the tank itself. Very rarely we'd also do british standard fittings.
1 gallon - thousands of gallon pressure & holding reservoirs for all types of industry. Carbon/ Stainless, you name it.
We bidded on, and produced some of the nicest tanks for Wajax, Arcelor Mittal, Bosch were some of the most beautiful ones to-date. Arcelor-Mittal had 3 of the biggest tanks we ever did in the 5 years I was there.
Thinking about starting my own company doing that exact thing. As I had a supervisory position, it was quite the handle, and bullshit I had to put up with, learned a lot about people, the product for mass production. :D
Cheers, thanks for the video
Good luck. I look forward to videos of the use of this hydraulic unit!
If you need parts, or somewhere to look, or more inspiration, send me a message or find a way to privately contact me, I'll hook you up with some info on a multi-national company for both stationary and mobile sub-systems, and single unit propagation. :D
I am looking for small hydraulic mechanisms for automating locally made hollow brick machines. I realise u can be of help. Any info please get to me through ericwodeya@gmail.com
ruclips.net/video/2nlxJ3k41Ms/видео.html this link gave me the inspiration.
Ok Guys the next project has to be EXTRA special.. Simply because it is going to be project #0069... The greatest number a man can enjoy over and over and over and over ! LOL Thanks for another great build.. always looking forward to seeing your next project !
Love this one. Tempted to try this myself.
Oh boy another video, can't wait to see what's next!
Is there anything you guys can't do? I love this channel!!!
You guys are so amazing and talented ♥️♥️♥️
I love the videos. I love the channel. Keep up the great work guys!!! 👍👍👍👍
Wow you can make everything! Awesome!👍
So what are they going to do with that piston?
Minor improvements can make this unit better, great job ,👏
Awesome man! Eres una maquina
You all so wise ever. Master of hydraulic👍 🙏
the hydraulic pump maximum performance is small, so the slow hydraulics, or revs of the electric motor is not enough?
or distributor is not configured?
It's a varry amazing and knowledgeable..wow
Thank you very much, Professor.
I been watching this channel for some time now.. and love that you post the plans to the projects. But this plan is not up... and i am truly interested in this particular hydraulic pump.
Where can i get the plans to the project?
Thanks
Very professional looking!
You did the hydraulic power pack, I hope you do a press, tubing bender, metal shear, hole punch and so on now.....
Best DIY channel on RUclips!
Your channel is just next level man. Incredible what you guys can do.
aintgonnahappen 7yhtuc

😍😍wow!! Very professional !
O yeahh, best as always bro m!!!
the music hammers along and i feel pumped, then it gets sad and i think about my life and all what a ride its been, and then music comes back and i start getting fuckin' AMPED again
Nice work. An essential tool for a serious machinest. I hope I have the plan.
good afternoon friends! Very interesting to use your semi-automatic welding machine! thank you in advance
You are the best , congratulations from Lima - Perú
Awesome workmanship.
Only 400k subs? Designth9 such clever inventions salvage/used high quality bits where needed. Great show c 8th
Brilliant as always.
Perfect.
do a waterjet cutter
Yes! Too delicate and complicated though. I don't think they can make it.
Da L. someone made one from a pressure washer so im sure they could do a more heavy duty one
Applied Science just made one.
Hey now, applied science is cool but I wouldn't call make it extreme a clown. He has done some pretty cool projects.
lol49031. Yes I know. Applied Science did. These guys slap things together but the Applied Science is more delicate. That's why I said that I don't think they can make one.
Thanks for the great channel!!
great...great work...!!!! usefull...for me....!! Thanks Make it extreme...!!!
can you please make a manual rolling mill I really like to see you make one
wooo out of my words u made it quick
nice exlent video .i love you hydrolick work.
What are the usual settings you use when welding and will you show your welding techniques some time? Your videos are always a must watch for me.
Thank you very much, good job
Great work I love it thanks
Nice!
Next step: a mini backhoe!
Keep making 💪🏼
This guys talented boy!
So awesome, you can make a kickass wood splitter
Beautiful design
I love your creativity
Tools are green, toys are orange.
Yes sir, right on!!
Eres un genio mi amigo...
Ideally, when setting up the suction strainer you want it horizontal and as Low in the tank as possible.
That’s the way to get the most out of your oil. Especially if you have several different cylinders/attachments.. each time you disconnect one, quite a bit of oil gets left behind in the cylinder. Having the strainer up like that highly increases chance for cavitation.
This isn’t meant to be a smart ass comment, just a heads up for getting the most out of your new machine.
what do you for cutting fluid? as always fantastic work you do!
muito bom mesmo parabéns
Good job man. Which kind of hydraulic pump and electromotor is ok for the 10-ton press. It's for a 2mm thickness metal sheet punching machine.
Thank you
Nice productions...really .my all respect to you...happy new you my friend...
Many materials are very useful.
Si me dejas opinar:
nice work mate look forward to see where you use it
Another great green machine!
you are extreme engineer...great works...
The best always good job man
totally awesome 💪
There's something I've been wondering about, and given you guys do it in like every 2nd to 3rd video atleast once maybe you can tell me: why is it that when cutting threads on the lathe the cuts are so slight that they barely take out a literal hair of material?
I've seen this being done that way in more than one place so I assume there is a good reason, but I can't really (as someone who obviously never used one myself) figure it out, given that with other uses the cuts can really bite pieces out without a problem.
excellent work
great job , but the painting whit spray how much is durable in time?
excellent idea
sauber und perfekt gearbeitet.KLASSE!! Könnte man auch Holzspalter verwenden?!
Neat little HPU.
Sempre più interessante!
👋
Perfect!
Awesome video. If you guys really want to make something extreme build the cargo robot from Aliens 2 it's whole movement capabilities are all hydraulic function. Thank you for all your videos.
exelente... gracias
because he is the best DIY mechanic.
hi what a good metal saw blade to use on cut off saw
thanks
please mention what is the welding machine specifications that you are using
if i wish to extract oil out from the hydraulic cylinder! how should I do it?
Do have any good idea?
man, youre good!! f** awesome. so if you can tell me. do you paint inside the oil tank? or no need it?
You are jenious bro
The Russian built quite many things from scraps with a few manual power tools like angle grinder, welder, sometimes without even a professional drill press with great ideas. This guy’s shop is filled to the roof with all kind of purpose built tools and materials which I guess must be worth of $100K. I like to watch the process but what they make are not extreme anyway.
You make awesome videos
Idea for a project: a large, PID-controlled oven so you can stop using a rattle-can and start powder-coating your projects for a more durable and consistent finish.
