It's not bad actually. My partner (who's not on Keto) likes this version more than the normal pizza. The texture is certainly different but the taste of toppings actually dominates the flavor. Also, if you're going to add a little bit of spices in the base (like I did), that also enhances the flavor. And the kick of dopamine you get when your brain thinks that you're eating a low carb pizza is added bonus!
@@AAA-o4g really? I haven't come across that. I've had 'keto tacos' where the tortilla was just melted cheese (mix), but didn't know that a cottage cheese pizza crust existed. Will look it up.
