I hate how capitalism twists words and terms into totally different meanings. Self care is maintenance, like you said. But the amount of brands selling you self-care and influencers pushing unreliastic routines to maintain their pedestal status makes me literally hate the word self-care :( Just found your channel, I like listening to these thoughts through short videos!
