Thank you for the asado tutorial! I can use at least some aspects of it whenever I barbecue. By the way, there is a historical drink made with Fernet Branca. The name of the drink is the Fernet Cocktail aka the Toronto Cocktail. The recipe I looked up includes: 2 ounces of rye whisky/Canadian whisky, 1/4 ounce Fernet Branca, 1/4 ounce simple syrup and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Daniel is the pit master. Great tips for our next barbecue guys. The food looks so good. He needs his own cooking show. Harriet and I would like to recreate this feast. @@samuelandaudrey I go out to the Balkans a lot, so always take dreamies with me for the cats. I remember you did the same when in Montenegro & Bosnia. That is how I first discovered you guys, watching your Balkan trips.
..also the cat would have preferred the raw meat over the cheese and it ould have been a lot more healthful for him. None of us except for baby cows should be consuming dairy if we want to eat what is good for us.
