Glad you liked the video! The shortcut I use is Ctrl + Shift + V, and then I press the number of the folder (e.g. 1 for priority, 2 for doing later, etc.)
I tried using conversation view but didn't really work for me, I prefer to keep them in strict chronological order. But I do use the 'Clean Up Conversation' feature quite often to remove redundant messages.

Excellent video! Do you group your emails by conversation on the inbox, before moving them to a folder?
