I just discovered you folks recently, signed up for 2 years pro! Excellent to say the least.
So question;
I’m now switching over to doing my digital sales here.
But now would like to sell the physical print as well with the digital as an option.
Using Canon Pro printers I do all
My own printing for my high end stuff.
Can I, is there a way to add physical print sales with the digital?
Or
You may like this better cause it’s revenue for you,
Will you be, would you consider another provider like Custom Color Whitehouse or others to fulfill physical print orders?

How do you make the files the right size before downloading into mydesigns

Great video, is there a way to do the first few steps, upload and upscale from the new Chrome plugin? Or at least upload from the plugin and let Mydesigns upscale them or vectorize them and then put them in the file slots? Also since you've updated the UI and added new features like the Chrome extension is there a chance you'll be putting an up to date turtorial on how to use Mydesigns for beginners ..I still find there is a bit of a learning curve :) Thanks

Yes, lots of new tutorial content is in the works.
We'll enable background removal and upscaling in the Chrome Extension sometime over the next 2-3 weeks.

This is what I've been waiting for!!!! Question are the filenslots unlimted to add images? If i want to do a 50 tumbler bundle with straight and tapered pngs would i have to do zip?

Technically, yes. You can add as many file slots as you like to your collection/listings at the template level and then add files to them.

Amazing!!! Thank you!! I see you used 10 images to sell in this bundle. Is there a limit to the number of images to sell in a bundle?

There shouldn't be any limits, however, the ZIP file needs to be under 300mb.

Thanks for the video, Matt! So if we are doing bundles should we not add the tapered and striaght files (files 300dpi) or is that by choice?

It's up to you what you want to do. I personally like my customers to get both, as it only takes an additional 25 seconds to create the additional file WITH MyDesigns.
