My best guess is that Philip's various videos about MyDesigns make him a "go to" RUclipsr. I've already watched this one 3x because it's a lot to take in. Cost/performance wise I see it as a win/win/win.

I just subscribed to MyDesigns and this tutorial is the best I have found on RUclips and better than most of the fragmented training videos offered by MyDesigns. You were able to squeeze a fair bit of info into 40 min. However, I would be interested in a course with more detailed information about each function and feature of the software because it's quite overwhelming for a new user. Please let me know if you are aware of any such training. Thanks again for your content.
I'm glad you liked this video. Mydesigns is overwhelming as a beginner so I tried to clarify a lot of things with this video. There's no course about this yet, the only thing I can suggest is getting coaching for a 1 on 1 screen share walkthrough

Hey Philip, I'm trying to get my head around the Mydesigns software. You're always my go to :) My question is... if I use mydesigns over Printify am I only able to ship in US? Or am I best using both. As I was only planning on selling to the Uk, until I know what the eck I'm doing. I'm feeling a tad overwhelmed with it all atm.
MyDesigns is not optimal for selling to the UK currently. You can publish through mydesigns and do everything on their end and fulfil international orders with printify. It's a bit of extra manual work though

You are right the order won't be produced until the buyers payment is confirmed. But the marketplace (Etsy) holds the payment until after you have paid and fulfilled the order. So you have to wait a few weeks to be paid for your production cost + profit
Am I only seeing the profit here, excluding shipping costs? I want customers to pay for shipping. The issue is, if I set a price without knowing the shipping fee, I won't know if I'll make or lose money. I want to ensure that the profit I set remains mine. When customers check out, Etsy will add the shipping fee separately. This way, I won't worry about shipping costs cutting into my profit. Customers will handle it during checkout. In simple terms, shipping fees vary based on the customer's location. They shouldn't be included in the product price. I'm not offering free shipping. I prefer to separate shipping costs from the product price, making them distinct. I want customers to only see the product price, not the total including shipping.

Hi Philip, did I understand correctly it is us who have to pay for printing 16:47? Is it not customer who pays for the printing when they purchase the product they are interested in? They launched less than a year ago and are still expanding the product portfolio and fulfilment locations. Atm it's quite US heavy but printful is I tegrated through mydesigns who ship from eu/uk too. If that's your main market maybe hold off a little bit until they've got more eu locations😉

Not to my knowledge. Mydesigns integrates with merch titans. I made a tutorial about that recently. But flying also has their own way to generate SEO in bulk. They have tutorials on their yt channel

Because to use the integration between mydesigns and merch titans you have to pay a subscription for each, and to use the ai listing within flying upload you also have to pay extra for credit usage. So, I’d like to know what tools do you specially use for this entire process, from seo listing to upload?
@@Patcampos7 I don't use ai to generate my merch listings. It's only been a thing for a few weeks at this point and doing it manually is going to give you way better listing seo. I also use scalable designs and spreadsheets a lot to create listings for flying. I only use Mydesigns for etsy
Hi Philip thanks for the video. If i by accident made a spelling mistake while designing and uploaded the design with the mistake, is there a chance i could just modify the listing or there is no way around it and i'll just have to deactivate the listing and upload a new one?

The software is really good. Only issue is the amount of credits can easily get used up in a day so can end up being expensive.
Yes that's true if you're using the ai features a lot. I have heard they are increasing the credits each user gets soon

You have to pay for the product to be printed. There's no way to get around that with Etsy / shopify

One pitfall, All my designs were reduced to 72dpi.
