This was very interesting and informative. When I was a kid, a friend of mine had a dog who gave birth to puppies at one point after a male dog snuck into their yard. I believe both dogs were mutts, but she gave birth to some puppies that had short tails. That's when I first learned that dogs could be born with nub tails. Now I wish I knew what they were all mixed with XD
