Having tried all three, CDNIM is good, so is Mont Blanc Ex. Still like Creed dry down and note breakdown, it’s a good one for sure and does cost $$ but worth it imho.

Did you get EDT, EDP or limited edition EDP ?
I've had a bottle for a little over a year and never received a single compliment on the overhyped scent, which to me smells like a lemon cleaner all the way through. How would you describe the scent and how many applications do you typically do with it? I've done 2, 3, 4 and 5 spray applications...and still nothing compliment wise even though I can smell it all day 🤷♂️
@@Khans0120 if you don't like it and to you it smelled like lemon cleaner, why wear it? Don't be a follower, form your own opinion.
@Cameron you're certainly one to jump the gun aren't you? I never stated that I do or do not like the scent, only said it smelled like a lemon scented cleaner to me and that basis was through conducting my own trials. I'm not one to follow the 🐑 by any means either, I do what I do because I want my own experience even if I have to spend a small amount of money to do so

I bought this fragrance two weeks ago and despised it so much that I almost threw it in the trash. The opening was too strong and it smelled way different than any other cologne. But after a few days I gave it another chance and it didn't smell as bad. The 3rd time it started to grow on me. After the 5th day I was hooked. I've been wearing it now for a week straight and have been getting compliments left & right. It smells like peppery lemons. 🍋 You might not like it at first but don't give up on it. It's a very unique and pleasing scent.

I had the same experience, but i heard from one fragrance reviewer that some fragrances' smell can be affected by the heat from shipping and you should give it a week or two to settle down, i thought i was kinda bs at first but i guess it really did turn out to be true as the smell became much more pleasant and less synthetic after a few days.
This is exactly how I'm feeling about it I just got it Monday I wore twice my wife loves it but I don't get the hype yet

I have a February 2019 batch of CDNIM which is off the charts good. I’m so-o-o lucky!
It starts off with the lemony opening, but mine is not at all that harsh. As it dries down, that smoky birch slowly eases into play and the finish is really really good. The performance is a ten and so is the sillage...plenty potent and great trail.
I use it sparingly because I know there are variations, different years, different batches.
Every time I wear it...compliments galore and my wife loves it.
Addendum:
After almost a year and one half since it was produced, the somewhat harsh lemony opening has mellowed to more closely resemble the pineapple accord associated with Aventus.
I like it even better!
The drydown is what the old aventus was like that everyone loves way more than the new formulation
The same thing is true for Armaf club de nuit sillage. It’s like the original silver mountain water. It’s even better than creeds.

Very interesting that you liked the opening so much... I actually like it as well, but it is usually the most criticized aspect of this fragrance. For me, the drydown is 🔥🔥🔥
It could be batch variation, after a while I’ve become use to the opening and it smells way more like pineapple

Love the scent and the performance. For the price, I'm not sure that it can be beat. Attention magnet. First time I wore it out, I got 4 compliments in one evening.

I rate MB explorer. Only recently purchased CDNIM. The opening is sharp and acrid as reported. The dry down is excellent. Probably enjoy it a little more than explorer but both very good. Planning CDNIM EDP once I've exhausted the EDT.
EDP has a softer opening than EDT, which makes it closer to Aventus.
I never tried Creed but I knew it was very popular (and $$$). Honestly when I tried this, I wasn't too big on it. It wasn't BAD, but it wasn't the OMG that everyone hypes Aventus to be. That being said, after wearing it a couple times it has grown on me and I do enjoy it much more than I did at first. It's a nice frag that I'll wear quite often. Might be my top 3 budget frags.
And the other two on your top 3 budget frags? Just asking for a friend, you know.. :D

@@atsusanoumegah646 pretty good actually, and much better than Aventus, of course. The smell, I must say, is not as fine and delicate of Aventus, as I guess the ingredients are not so good, so Aventus smells better, but at a much higher price and with a weaker performance

Was going to buy Montblanc Explorer but decided to go for CDNI. Glad I did.
Good decision, because I decided to get MBE & performance/Longevity is really bad, at least for me it is. So i just ordered CDNIM EDT & I can't wait 😁
Have you tried al haramain l'aventure? That one is very good as well, if i wear that one or CDNIM I get compliments all day. Best compliment was probably from al haramain l'aventure though as some girl litrally freaked out when i walked past from smelling it. Both are amazing in my opinion, especially for the price.

I had this one for 2 years, I use it only sometimes. it feels like its too strong. when you spray it, it wont leave your nose which is annyoing for me. but after the spray passed 2 3 days, it becomes really nice on clothes, very pleasing

I have smelled and used both and I prefer the mont blanc explorer. Doesnt sting my nose as much and smells more refined in a good way. However, the CDNIM is very strong and that means stronger projection and longer lasting.

Somebody stopped me last year to compliment me after following me on this which has never happened to me on any other fragrance. By far the best Aventus dupe! Lovely fragrance. But i also think its not really a dupe of aventus itself. kind of in its own lane

I have never smelled Creed Aventus but I have Mont Blanc Explorer and like it a lot so I wanted to try this but was afraid of the harsh opening. So I am thinking of purchasing the EDP instead, is it better?
If you love the Aventus drydown that's where CDNIM comes into play. If you can overcome the slightly harsh opening the rest is plain sailing.

How is it?
This fragrance I discovered I think about 7 years ago.. I was so blown away by the juice I bought 12 bottles... I'm so glad I did to this day its simply Sublime..... Phenomenal fragrance... Silage and projection longevity is outstanding way better than the Creed......I'm only on my third bottle of my armaf collection.... I would never sell a bottle I would rather sell the remains of my Creed aventus.....

It does smell very synthetic and super obvious its not the real deal, but after about 10 minutes it settles and its shocking how similar and how well it projects

Bought cdnim edt as a blind buy in October 2022, black cap and 2022 batch, absolutely stunning fragrance and 0 regrets
Just ordered it. Have original Aventus but because of very heavy usage I want to save it for special occasions and use club de nuit instead.
Wow after literally spraying the edt, my mum complained why am I spraying strong chemical sprays, but she's in the other room! It perched through that quick!

Hi Monika, can you do a comparison between club de nuit intense man edp and pineapple vintage intense?
Shes not lying about the scent bubble. It will left "footprints" The smell lingers for quite sometime. The lemony acidic top note, it attacks you in the opening but the dry down is the best. Not many can cope with the opening because most of them said the smells sort of "piercing" them so thats a head turner for sure. Heads will turn. Overall its one of the best.

Monika, please compare it to the Armaf EDP special edition version of the same fragrance available on Amazon, it's even better in my opinion!

Club de nuit intense is fantastic. Great rich smelling fragrance. Works best in cold weather for me. 10 on 10. Mont blanc explorer is not as good, to weak.

I’ve gotten more compliments from women than from men. So if you want a head turning fragrance with a ton of compliments from women, this is the fragrance for you. I love Creed Aventus too and I agree with you Monika, the birch and extra woodiness makes the dry down really sexy and masculine at the same time. Zawsze się zastanawiałem nad Montblanc, a de Nuit. Kupiłem club de Nuit, jednakże wydaję mi się, że jest mocniejszy niż Aventus i ma trochę mniej świeżości. Świetny filmik, przynajmniej rozwiewa wątpliwości, bo Aventus ma sporą cenę jednak :D
