Thx!
How to-the-point you explain your actions is enticing. The way you no-fuzz avoid overthinking and tinkering with sounds and arrangement bits is inspiring. Such a great process you've got going there. Thanks so much.
So glad you liked it! @@Synqronizer If you are interested I have just launched a course on my website doing the process and techniques in super detail :)

Nice!!... I wonder how come Amelie became so successful so quickly, and many, so many other very talented producers and DJ's don't even get to scratch the surface???... What do you think?
Like...hi from Colombia
Please publish it :)
Track is nicee 😁 I actually stumbled onto this video bcs I'm thinking of trying to produce some tracks but didn't find the answer I was looking for 🥲
Like if I happen to like a lot of vocals on my tracks and want to use some from another song, how do I sample it on account of the background drums? Like do people drown them out somehow with filters or do they incorporate them into the track? Like when someone uses hollaback girl in a trackor when charlie sparks used a whole ass rap song in his welcome to london track.
Love your energy, Nice work
Thanks!
Awesome video as always! Thanks :)
Gahhhhh Amelie Lens-inspired techno 🤩 I love making techno and this is my favorite tutorial I've seen for this genre- it's so joyous! I'd happily spin (and dance to!) this at a warehouse party somewhere. Wonderful, wonderful work, LNA! 🔥
Yay, thank you!
Thanks for tutorial >XD
You're welcome, glad you liked it! 😊
Love it 🖤🖤🖤
Great video. One suggestion is that you use some tool that makes your mouse much larger and shows when you click. I got lost a few times trying to follow your mouse.
Hey LNA this came out well and was really helpful. It is probably inevitable to upgrade to Ableton, it's definitely the go-to DAW for techno. I think it will be worth it. A lot of techno vocals seem to come from old sci-fi films.... I think of a ship's computer, AI or securty system saying something like "Destruct sequence initiated.....45 seconds until self-destruct..." And that was the fastest I've seen someone get the rumble going.
This was really good, well done Lina. Your videos on producing different electronic genres are awesome.
Thanks! more to come definitely!
really loved to watch , normaly at 1 minute of technical terms i get bored , but i can whatch you for hours , your fun and know alot ...
really love you
The result has more like Miss Kittin vibe, which is kewl
A lot to learn here, definitly not for beginner, which I am :)
👌
instant subscription to you
yay welcome! 🤗
oh i see you're suomi ! how about some suomisaundi trance !!?? would love to see what you come up with , or could i maybe remix one of your tracks ;) ?
Amazing video can’t wait to see more like it. You got a sub!
glad you liked it! More to come definitely!
Awesome video and very awesome track - definitely publish! Such a good vibe
Thanks so much!
Great thanks - yes Cyberpunk ish
superb training video, are you using Apple software???
Great instructional vid, great tune. Nice work.
Thanks!!
awesome! thanks
it's fantastic to work. what program do you use?
Great video! Can you explain how what you did in this video is separate from mixing? I thought _this_ was the mixing part?
Thanks! Yes so in this I just produce the aesthetic parts of the track. Mixing is a stage after production. I have a mixing course on my channel that'll explain it further. :)
Love it Liina!
nice
whata fck**** great video !!!
Amazing! Could you share the plug ins and VSTs that you used?
She linked them in the description
I just can't stop watching your videos , hypersonic digital crush :) !
Good job!
One question LNA, you who know how to do techno with Ableton... how can I get the keyboard from 03:04 - 03:15 of the song "Carrier signal" (Soul Extract) in Ableton? Thanks for your time!
** Questioning Life Choices **
Loved that one. Great tutorial, thanks!
Being good at ableton looks hard
Just start slow and practice. Finding a great course helps.
nice video i'm going to record myself singing "make more techno" pitch shifted plus a load of fx and now i'm a techno girl :) it's either that or a robot. :/ great video thanks
real KLOUD vibes
Hi thank you so much for this great vid. But I´ve just one question as I try to rebuild it.... how do I set up the closed and open hi hat sound?!?!
Many thanks in advance
this bass creation via return track has just blown my head, so much life wasted 😂
how do you get the VST roland , where can i get all the dark elements thats required in this class,
Hi! Could you please explain how you automated the arpeggiator so the melody part was just in the chorus?
I automated the on/off button of the arpeggiator effect. The yellow ball on the device :)
Ten-chno!
hah yess!
Yeah !!! Very nice miss 😯❤👍
Thanks!
Try to make some Boris brechja style techno?
Yeah techno d'troit 89 summer of love Acieeed! okay techno became something that was 4 to the floor which really belongs to Chicago house 88 yeah acid house was the crossover BUT! proper dtroit techno original techno was a syncopated beat more jazz than disco rhythms weaving themselves inbetweeen and into each other what I used to love was the bleeps from computers and industrial machines and the sound of the blacksmith bangin' metal. The box sounds hitting the inside of the box with a little bit of echo.
Somehow reminds me of
Welcome to the Machine by Pink Floyd
i LOVE the how to make series of videos. Do hip hop or lofi next?
yes they are in the schedule!
well brilliant
well thanks! 😊
HI LNA CAN YOU PLEASE DO THIS FOR A HARD TECHNI TRACK?? PLEASE!!!
This would be so appreciated by us hard techno producers.
Great video, cheers for posting this. Can you please explain what you mean by ABCABC, etc in regard to arrangement of a techno track?
Hi just couple weeks ago i posted video explaining arrangements. I explain all this in detail in that one :)
Nice video
Getting into abelton so this is helpful
So I try to replicate (more or less) what you were doing, but I am (and was immediately) confused by what you do on the 106. Unfortunately is can't be heard in isolation, but I don't understand the combination of the arpeggiator and playing only one note. Arpeggios are about broken chords, aren't they? Could you do a under-4-minute video of adding this synth track (maybe including the sound beyond picking a preset called techno to make it sound techno, I work with the TAL-UNO)?
Having just one note gives the note in a first place rhythm, and by suing the arpeggiator controls you can create the harmonic pattern without doing the harmonic chord beforehand :) Good luck with it!
nice one LNA !!!! also you can put on the 2nd chorus late in time claps I don't know the right terminology(Maybe its polyrhythmic pattern stuff) but they are not like the claps/snares on a house track. they are later/earlier for example of 1.4 or 1.2 a lot and that gives a very nice vibe....if you have a time to listen an Amelie's live at Atomium in Brussels you gonna understand. Thank you for the inspiration and the simplicity....cause I am on creative block situation.
edit: they are not all the times claps they can be claps layered with different percussive sounds...but in a lot dark techno tracks they using only claps too
