That part with the Mesa where it goes from that dreaded flubby woof to tight chug pretty much sums up what this pedal does! Pre-gain is very very nice (eliminated one pedal from the board!) but some amps really don't need it so the toggle switch is the icing on the cake!
I was just wondering could this be used as a tube screamer substitute for when you are not playing in your metal band and you have to play a cover gig will it work for say Blues SRV and the likes
