Yes you're right. If people weren't Godless self worshipping narcissists there'd be as many HUMAN rescue organizations and foundations as animal ones. People think they're virtuous for walking or driving for miles to save a starving dog and turn a blind eye to their starving and struggling neighbors. The hypocrisy is nauseating.

The fact that the dog used all his leftover powers to keep himself alive and then just collapsed after all the power was used up just made me tear up.
Me too, I was so upset to hear that puppies cry for help . I kept saying hang on Sweetheart. When they saved him I was so grateful. And that he is safe . What a wonderful group of people who came to save this precious sweetheart

I love it when humanity saves animals, but when dogs in particular are saved...I dunno. Something about that is so powerful and breaks my freakin heart. They are man's best friend after all ;___; Bless these people's soul. I know I'll never meet them but I'm thanking you a million times over from my end of the computer screen.
They're our guardians and we're their guardians.
We have a responsibility to each other.
Mankind has grown with the help of Dogs, they were the first truly domesticated Animal and our first real companions. Without Dogs we would've had a harder time eventually domesticating other animals and developing agriculture. Just as much as Dogs have been altered by Humans so have we, science has proven dogs and have the same emotional reaction when looking at each other and even share the same chemical reactions of pleasure in our brains.
similar to how dolphins, dogs, monkeys, are social and pack animals to varying degrees, humans are also - the subconscious primitive brain of " they're part of me " because that's the message in all of primitive brains, is the dog is an extension of the self, which larger brains - empathy - powerful feeling.
I couldn't have said it any better. This world can be so cruel but there are still many good people in this world. Though the media seems to show many bad people, this is what the media needs to show more of, not just the bad things in life. God bless all of these people!

Bursting Wizard , there is one on this channel that is actually very hard to watch , where a dog had been treated so badly the rescue team when they tried to pat the dog the dog would let out such a terrifying cry ! But with much patience and love the dog was ok and fully recovered ! How people can be so cruel ??

Ain't that the damn truth, why is it wrong to show compassion for a helpless creature who could not save itself? Of course my heart would ache for a human as well, but unlike humans who have the instruments to help themselves out of a situation like this, an animal is at the mercy of someone who cares enough to help them or they perish.

When my uncle was a kid he was with his parents and his 3 dogs in the middle of the winter so the lake was freezing. One dog saw something on the lake and ran onto the frozen part but the frozen part broke off and the dog fell. My uncle jumped into the freezing cold water without thinking and grabbed the dog and took it back to land, they spent a lot of time with the adults so they could warm up and survive and they did both live!
This is a touching rescue. I just thought it would be nice to share my uncles rescue story as well

If this ever happens to your dog or anyone else, don’t be afraid or embarrassed to call fire and rescue for help. Fire and rescue respond to these calls just like any other, so they can gain real life training and experience for when they have to respond to save a person.

Lately, I'm getting so many recommended videos of animals needing rescuing. I hope they're all genuine and don't inspire scammers to put animals in peril just to make a viral video. This one seems authentic.

The face he made when, Jeffrey his rescuer, got to him was so sweet as allmost like he could relax cause he'd been saved such a fighter of a dog he wanted to live.
Poor baby, who knows how long he had to suffer. I'm glad the rescuers were able to hear and rescue that poor dog.
You can survive in icy cold water 10-15 min, but you gradually start losing your dexterity before that. And I know when walking/long distance ice skating fall through thin ice-even though the ice is thick overall, there's no guarantee that there aren't spots where it's thin-that you can get drawn in under the ice while you hangto onto the edge. And drown obviously. Ugh, just the thought... 😲 Which is why you bring ice-prods-and extra clothes in a plastic bag-and hot chocolate. 😀 😃 [I live in Sweden, where you know this by the time you're 9. Because kids do seek out trouble. Or at least we did, before echildren had bloody helicopter parents.]

My Babies (3 dogs) deserve to eat good 🍱 food, in the long run saves me on Veterinary bills, but mainly I treat my babies, exactly the way I would want them to treat me if the tables were turned!!!
If you look up how all Dry Dog Food is processed, you can then understand why dogs get all types of human disease’s, from kidney 😣 failure, heart disease, & even Cancer!!!

That poor dog made me want to cry but I held it together
My God when I heard his cries it was like a dagger going through my heart. If I would come a cross a dog that's fallen through ice and heard cries like that I would be in the water without thinking twice about it, even if it might cost me my life I would not be able to wait for the rescue I would do it myself. I am so glad these awesome people saved Charlie I bet he is scared to walk on ice now.

This is the good side of social media platforms. Watching that amazing rescue made me so worried for that beautiful dog's life. The response after the dog was pulled to safety was everything we aspire to see in our fellow humans: empathy, compassion, spirited determination, and most importantly...LOVE.

Yes. Their job is to save lives regardless, and that is a good thing, and they chose to fallow this path because they are good persons.
That's dumb logic, they wouldn't have taken on the job of being a rescue team in the first place if they weren't good people.That's like saying a police officer saving someone has nothing to do with goodness just because it's his job. It does still have to do with goodness, some police choose to be assholes and harass or even shoot people without valid reasoning. A person chooses whether they want to be heroic, bad, or neutral.
That was so uplifting but sad at the same time when I think of that poor dog almost freezing to death after being rescued by these wonderful people ,big well done to everyone involved.
I am so happy Charlie made it. He seemed to be a wonderful pet.

Thank God the dog was able to cry for help. As soon as he was rescued, the crying stopped and quickly took a turn for the worse. Fortunately, with everyone's assistance, the dog recovered and was happy to see his rescuers come back to visit him every once in a while
I don't care what the media tries to depict, this gives me hope for mankind.
