In this video, I review the Taktell QM2 metronome from Wittner, that I've used every day for years. I'm surprised I haven't talked about this one before...
I've purchased this one immediately after watching this vid. I'm a drummer and I'm really tired of electronic sounds that most of metronomes produce. Thanks you man!
This is what I've been looking for! Simple controls and a super-pleasant non-annoying click sound. Perfect example of "less is more". Other metronomes do not come nowhere near this one and this is exquisite.
thanks for the suggestion, great job on the video!
Yes 100% agreed here -- I had a dial-type Seiko metronome back in the 1990s and it was simple, didn't have a horrible chirpy noise, AND it was loud enough that I could hear it! Modern ones tend to sound painfully chirpy AND/OR cannot be heard over the noise of me (and possibly others) playing our instruments. Cannot understand why modern ones have regressed in that sense, other than maybe cost savings.
My 30 year old Quartz Zen-On broke. This helped me grabbing some of those. thank you!
You never mentioned if you can control the VOLUME! Can you? Thanks!
There is a phone app called metronome beats which lets you change frome an annoying sound to an ok sound
Metronome (noun): It's a thingy, that makes a noise every now and then.
Since it runs off a 9 volt battery it could easily be modded to use a power supply.
You know, I also like the design 👌🏼😄
I'll check this out.
What about the battery duration? Does it drain it fast? Thanks
I asked before the point where you explained that it lasts for long time. Ok then
You sound like Spinal Tap ! Your amp goes to 11, Stonehenge are 2' tall.. and your guitar has great sustain, unplugged ! ! "Just listen to that 'sustine' !! "
Well, how much more 'Spinal Tap' could this be? And the answer is 'none'- none more Spinal Tap.
