This is an awesome message. My mom has done yoga and palates most of her life, but struggled these last few years with chronic pain, and injuries. She came to me a few months ago asking if I knew how to help it. She comes over 3 times a week to use the 8kg kettlebell and we started from a deadlift, and have been able to work her up to single hand alternating swings. When she started she couldn’t do a single 2 handed swing. Now she’s excited about getting stronger. It’s never too late to start making progress towards better.
Good morning Mark,
I am a 58 year old wife and mom who works in a grocery store. Thank you for your videos. I have used them over the years to recover from surgery and injuries the kept me out of work for weeks at a time. I knew if I just sat there and melted I would not be able to go back to work. I ran your 2 programs for overweight individuals on alternate days up to building to 10 sets of everything. I and know doing the subscription program with slightly heavier weights. I would like to find the discussion group on discord to share experience with. Would miss having verbal couching because I can’t always see the screen while moving. A prompt to the instruction for an exercise the first time it is introduced would be helpful. Also some guidance on where to go next would be great. I think I want to do club integration next followed by into to kettle bells. You have done more good in the word then you know there are lots of people quietly getting benefit through your programs at home much much better than physical therapy.

Mark, thank you for your programs and all the content on RUclips! Started India Club with my mom (75 yrs. old) six weeks ago. We really enjoy it and she is benefiting. We will be adding the kettlebell / single arm club training cycle to her training soon.
I've been using Mark's programs and ideas with my mom - I started her on a pair of 1 pound dumbbells doing curls to press, and adding in 1 pound increments and doing light/med/heavy days as she's added weights. She's doing 7s for reps on the heavy day now. She's taking walking seriously now, too.

Pretty sure it's just web/app program. There might be a PDF supplement, but the training & follow alongs will be in the web/app.

There are no explanations for every technique. This program is designed to have the least number of competing things in the brain
All the moves are variations of each other
