hi! my friend actually gifted me a coil cable that only goes right instead of to the monitor! I was trying to run it straight to the monitor arm but I'm unable to bend it due to the specific one that she got me. Thank you for the advice though :)

Love the setup! But whyyy do you have the keyboard cable going diagonally across the setup. You should route it straight under the monitor then Uber the desk to the PC. Would look way cleaner. Great setup though !!
OMG this looks just great. I love the defined style, the peculiar color palette. Everything seems tailored to your tastes. I've seen few work setups that are so original and appealing. I could work there much more comfortably than in my own home office xD. At least, I've started to do some major renovations. I've already got rid of my old desk and got a Protractor Desk from Barcelona Designs, I'll get a new chair and some decorative plants. Many thanks for sharing this!
Hey, amazing work there! Love the setup :D Personally I would align the keyboard cable to go in a straight line behind your desk and then route it to your computer, so the cable is hidden a little bit smoother. Furthermore I would add some lightstrips to the back of your table so you can benefit from indirect lightning. If you are willing to do a bit techy things, you can try using a esp8266 board with some ARGB Lightstrips from amazon together with the software WLED. Just look around, there are very good videos on how to set this up. The shelf is a great idea. Maybe I would add a deskshelf too, just to utilize the open space you have, if you want to add more accessoires to your setup in the future, as well as storing your macbook while you are not using it. However, as already said - love the setup and keep up the good work. Exited for your next videos :D

I have always wanted a proper desk area, I am doing Graphic Designing in school as a subject I'll be studying for the next 2 years so I will have a desk makeover later in the year when I am settled. I look at many videos for inspiration to fit my aesthetic and needs so yeah I am just passing by for some inspo. I am really liking this set up so far. It's so crazy that I just realized your background is the same as mine! The artist has the same animated streets of Japan in different time-of-day variants and I chose mine to be night time and my PC matches the dim colors when it is on sleep mode.

Just curious, how is your desk holding up from the monitor mount? I have the Lagkapten also and have wanted to use a monitor mount, but I read all the negatives because the desk is hollow and just a cardboard honeycomb inside. I've also seen pictures of the mounts collapsing into the desk. So that's why I ask because your setup looks great but just wanted to see how the mount is holding up.
in my opinion this setup looks great, but just a question what microphone do you use? you might consider buying the microphone that alot of streamer uses since it'll look professional, but for the aesthetic i think this setup is great!

I'm using the "Scotch Extreme Double-Sided Mounting Tapes 1-in x 5-ft Double-Sided Tape" it says that it holds up to 30 pounds! and tbh I've used it on two desks for my cable management box .. for one desk it stayed on really well to the point where it took me 2 hours to try and take it off. and for the other time I did it it came off by itself :( so Idk if I recommend it but I did it again to test it out :)

this setup is superb! I can't believe that we have such same taste!! I have same backgroung wallpaper and maybe same sweater (the one on the bed 01:09) from American eagle!!
Good and aesthetically pleasing setup although I have like this but mostly in black, greyish peripherals and brown table , this is too much white for me and also it gets dirty very quickly so you have to clean it a lot.

I love my ikea desk! my boyfriend has a standing desk but I never see him utilizing it 🤣 I would only get a standing desk if you're sure that you'll use it since it's so expensive haha

hi! it's the MSI Optix MAG2732 27" monitor. It did not come white! I had to spray it with white plastidip :)
You can also put another screen bar on you setup, like Xiaomi Mi Mijia, it helps for your eyes. That you can put it above your monitor. ✨
