Ingredients：
细面条 3束约300克 300g dry noodles
酱料：
韩国辣椒粉 1大匙 1 tbsp Korean chili powder
姜末1小匙 1 tsp minced ginger
蒜末 1/2 大匙 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
热油 2大匙 2 tbsp hot oil
藤椒油 1.5茶匙 1.5 tsp Sichuan pepper oil
花生酱 或芝麻酱 1小匙 1 tsp peanut butter or tahini
酱油 1大匙 1 tbsp soy sauce
香醋 2小匙 2tsp Chinese balsamic vinegar
盐 1/4小匙 1/4 tsp salt
肉酱：
猪肉末 350克 minced pork 350g
黄豆酱 2.5大匙 2.5 tbsp soybean paste
番茄沙司 2大匙 2 tbsp ketchup
糖 2大匙2 tbsp sugar
