I have the game and i'm loving it so far each character have their own abilities(cheating abilities) to win the game. The only thing i hate about it is the lack of content like actual customization of the characters and some modes are missing for basic arena shooter but they Blizzard not Stupid Activision said they are going to add more stuff in the near future for free.

I thoroughly enjoyed this review, and all the pros and cons were spot on. However, I also wanna add one more thing to the list of cons and that is progression. I understand they have an infinitive level system. But, when it comes to progression / rewards I feel like the loot box system can only can do so much. With the buying loot boxes as an option, I feel like they need to add an additional progression / reward system. For me personally, the loot can only entice me to play the game for x-amount of time until I get bored of infinite level ups. I would personally would like to see some sort of hero mastery system, to entice players to switch up their 'mains' and play the entire roster that Blizzard has to offer thus far. This mastery system can have passive challenges for each hero. And I say passive because, I'm sure teammates would not want players who only do wack shit in their game to unlock something. But anyways, these challenges can range from kill participation, damage blocked etc etc and it can reward players with addition exp (based on the level of challenge difficulty), icons and sprays. And finally if all challenges are done, you can unlock a mastery hero skin. Now this might coax players into playing their favourite champ I think, but since every hero would have this I don't see the problem. With a progression / reward system like this, would give the 'umph' that would push some completionist-type players to go beyond and grind out the game. Not only that but, provide players incentives to play other characters and remove this idea of 'maining' a hero and overall give casuals something to look forward to when playing by themselves and not stare blankly at the screen waiting for another loot box to pop up.
Also worth mentioning as a con is the low tickrate. In layman's terms it's like lag compensation: if something sort of nearly hit you, the game decides it hit you, which can be annoying especially vs snipers as it makes peeking corners pointless as you'll still get hit when you pop behind a wall.
there is a kill death system. it's in the profile of a player. also, it's possible for a support to get a player highlight. especially mercy if she gets a large multi resurrection
I'm glad to see someone on RUclips who plays a lot of Mei. I used to hate playing her because, like you said, I got frustrated with not being good at her kit/skillset. However, I got a legendary (the rarest level of skins) firefighter skin for Mei, and I decided to try using her more. Now, I love playing Mei when the situation calls for it.
Those Animated shorts Blizzard dropped were incredible and hope a Movie comes out of this down the line. The animation in them were as good as any big budget movie and the characters and story behind them (Especially Dragon with the two brothers) were Awesome and made me want to see more from this world. I also think it would be nice to see some game modes where you can't have more than one of the same character on the same team, somewhat like smite. Even if it's only on certain maps or even difficulties for advanced players, I'm down for that. Also really optimizing ranks. I think we can all agree that Call of Duty and the community that comes with it has really out lived itself. Overall, I love Overwatch :)

I haven't played the game myself but isn't there a balance problem? from the Plays I have watched that even though the character selection screen suggests a certain class a team is missing (which should mean an unbalanced team should be at an immediate disadvantage) a team could all go a single class , they could still dominate, seen successful ,Soldier 76 , Mei, Torjborn, D.va & Bastion team genuinely dominate games.
The best way to get play of the game with mercy is with her ult I get I often by reviving 4 teammates and get a double with her pistol and whenever I get it I hold my head high
