The intersection of Bergenline Ave and Fairview Ave constitutes a major terminus and transfer point between several local and express bus routes, with services branching out into surrounding provinces and to New York PABT. Fairview predominately carries high volume routes, namely the 156, 166, and 168, which stop in West New York along Boulevard East, while Bergenline forms the backbone of central Bergen County and acts as a trunk line for several routes. In addition to New Jersey Transit service, small jitney companies also run shuttle buses up and down Bergenline Ave.
