That would be perfect with a red baron plane and snoopy
YESSSS
Ye
It also has the same color scheme as the larger official lego sop with camel: dark green wings and a beige fuselage.
Hr had one
MAN AND MACHINE AND NOTHING THERE IN BETWEEN
THE FLYING CIRCUS AND A MAN FROM PRUSSIA
To be honest there really needs to be more stores that have the Lego Ideas sets.
Thanks to all those that pre-ordered this set! It has met the crowdfunding goals and will be produced. For those that missed out, another 5000 units will be available to pre-order beginning on August 3rd.

You inspired me to make lego creation on youtube thank you 😃😃
Pre-Ordered! I‘m so happy ^^
congratulations on making the cut, less than 2000 available now.
I am amazed at how recognizable things can be created from a small number of details
I didn't know that there was the possibility to buy this as a crowdfunded project - this would have made an awesome gift. But I'm so glad that you actually have the opportunity do get your designs to those who really want to build them on their own.
I like that the planes use a dish for the spinning blades instead of the usual propeller piece.
1:57 oh my god thats adorable
I love this model, and I'm thrilled that we can support it through the BrickLink Designer Program. It is just unfortunate that the trans-clear connectors had to be replaced by light bluish grey axles.
I had so hoped this would be chosen for Ideas but super happy that it could be coming out in a different way! Will definitely be supporting this one early.
"A bi-plane and tri-plane typical of what you would see in ..."
_{careful now, don't mention the war}_
"... the early 20th century ..."
_{ok, so far so good}_
"... and an above and below fuselage mounted monoplane, which were developed ..."
_{here we go again ... this one's an absolute no-no}_
"... a little bit later."
Haha we all know though.
Amazing video! Love the Navy blue plane!
I like how it's both a set for adults and for small kids
Just recieved the set recently. Haven't opened it yet, but I'm so excited about it! Really happy to own one of your creations!
I built this myself a week or two after you debuted it! I can't wait for it to be a set so everyone else can enjoy it. Definitely supporting this!
It's one of my favorite models!
A comment on 1:15 though: I think we're still busy "pushing the limits of what's possible with powered flight", it's just that the limits are so far out by now that it's not as "simple" or obvious as it was when cutting-edge aircraft were built in bike-repair-shops
Yeah airplanes used to be like phones: at first anyone could make them, even people who had no relation to electronics. Now they’re supercomputers used to comment on RUclips videos talking about how high-tech things have gotten.
@@stupidthefish4981 To be fair, you can still build yourself a functioning "low tech" aircraft, and some people do that. The difference with phones is that they need to be able to connect to other phones. I guess the barrier to entry is only getting higher with 2G and 3G networks getting phased out in favour of 4G and 5G. On the other hand, I've seen hobbyists do amazingly advanced stuff at home, so who knows?
Almost 700k JK! Keep it up, great build as always!

My set just arrived today! It's truly wonderful. As a Star Wars collector primarily, it's totally different from most things I've built, but I just had to support you and this model and I'm so glad that it became a reality. I'm a bit disappointed that there were no physical instructions or that there wasn't even a little brief introductory page about the project and the different plane models included in the digital instructions, but the set still stands on its own regardless. The colors are so wonderful and the parts, oh man, I know that none of these are exclusive, and I can just as easily purchase them elsewhere, but man, I wish I had some extras. You get a lot of gray when you buy Star Wars, and when there is color, it's generally just small accents or stickers, none of the really good stuff. This set has got the goods, and I wish I had bought a second when I had the chance.
Cheers, glad you liked it!
If this was somehow combined with the grass from the lawnmower build it'd be an insta-buy for me
Moving ground, oh yess
Congrats on 700k subs!🎉
Always amazed at your mechanical creations.
What great model!! Fantastic work
So smart on so many levels!
Good luck with this, maybe my favorite of the program.
This is just so unbelievably cool. :)
God this man makes such amazing models.
This is thej one that I will be supporting. Thank you, Jason, for making it even better than the original design. I love the little planes and the forced perspective!
Amazing set, just arrived!

my favorite out of 8. I hope to see more of your models to bricklink kickstarter.
any ideas on pricing?
Such an awesome built again. Why aren't you actually a lego developer? You have it all.
Higher! The king of the sky! He's flying too fast and he's flying too high!
I’m not sure what Jason does for a living but I sure wish it was Lego kinetic sculptures
Everyone: this is awesome!
Me: H A R M O N I C V O L T A G E
I just wish the tie fighter version you did was available too
700th like !
You should make a fight jet theme
Very nice update from the original MOC version, but why change the supports from the see-through to these gray axles?
Not my choice, sadly. I'll go over the model in more detail in the next video.
i think it is funny how he interviews himself
Playing with the planes by hand or even by using the crankshaft
Almost 700k subs, needs a little push!
Gives me wii sport vibes
Love it, but it's just a pity that the original Fokker and Sopwith are no longer in it.
Just do like myself and others and build one yourself.
I’d I had this I’d make a mini spitfire and bf109
This Is Kinda Similar To The Plane Scene From The Peanuts Movie
Early
I‘m curious what the price will be though🤔
Yo add snoopy from the peanuts on his dog house plain
Alexa, play Sogno Di Volare
So when will this be available?
How much does it cost? My little boy would love to have this....sad just found it....
Is there building instructions/parts list?
Damn, looking back I did not hv that many pieces. So sad.
Lego nostalgia
99.9% of people who own Lego don't have that many pieces lol , probably less than that
日本語で申し訳ない。
これでジブリの
紅の豚だと最高に嬉しい。
Fourth person to comment
I regret not buying this, I wanted it but at $80 I just thought it was a bit overpriced
Your name is Jace Norman ?
Is Bricklink anything to do with Lego Ideas?
LEGO owns Bricklink. Some of the LEGO Ideas projects that were initially rejected were chosen to be in the Bricklink Designer Program. Jason has two projects in this round.
Why did you change out the clear bars for light bluish gray axles holding the planes up? That’s a huge downgrade in my opinion.
Wasn't his choice he said he would talk about this in another video. He replied in another comment above to this.
@@tallmantoo oh I just looked for that comment and it was way below
@@WattoXtreme oh okay I guess you never know with the order of comments.
So are we abandoning LEGO Ideas in favor for BrickLink?
Hi
I like how he got 699 000 subs
