UCO Brass Candle Lantern

Dave and Audrey have a first look / review of the UCO lantern. The company have been making them since 1971. Well made and will last a life time. This is the brass model for that traditional look.
Great piece of kit to add to the gear. Will be good when out wild camping.

Hi my UCO is 25 plus years old used every week in a beach shelter while fishing.Not as a main light source just a glow inside the shelter that will not ruin my night vision.Has never failed me or had any other problems

I have a friend who bought one in the late 80's and still uses it today! Rock solid! For me, I can just see Otis' tail being lit up...no control over its fluffy wagging! LOL Have a great New Year and all the best in 2022! Bruce and Otis

My dad had an antique lamp like that for on the railways he had a few similar lamps for candles and oil burners but a well cool gift all the same. Hope you and yours are having a nice time and ill see you in the New year. Gary

Hi Dave, like the vids. I wouldn't be without my UCO when vancamping, not so much the tent.
I just lower the glass to light it but then the glass does collect wax and not easy to clean, will try the other way next time.
