    can you explain to me what you mean by piano roll?

      For example if you want to piano roll a DP.
      Hit every punch button and release in rapid succession. Each press and release is an input giving your reversal DP a better chance. In other words by hitting and releasing every punch button you get 6 chances for the DP to come out.

      There's no dashes in any of the SF2 games. Dashes aren't a universal mechanic in the SF series until SF3.
