Tristan is a REAL man. When he has a problem he doesn’t need to bitch about it to his friends. He goes straight to that person and gets straight to the point. This is all Julias’ desperate attempts to salvage his friendship with Liv after he f’d up his friendship with her for his ex girlfriend.
Liked this guy since the first day he came on. Especially when he first showed his feelings to Liv and for the first time on this show she opened up to someone. I REALLY wish they are forever
Liv must have some superpowers because no matter what she does, EVERYONE is ready to fight for her. Last year it was Sam and Olli, this year it's Julius. Also Fred, Digby, Tristan, Sophie Hermann, Tiff, etc. Its amazing.

I think Julius has used liv and tristan’s slight disagreement as an opportunity to swoop in and be liv’s knight in shining armour. It must be so infuriating for Tristan to have Julius sticking his ore into his relationship.
Julius is right though, he keeps making Liv miserable...everyone can see it, why not swoop in?

The same could be said of Liv who has treated him equally as bad in the past when he was dating Ella. All people on this show are guilty of throwing stones at glass houses.

Unpopular opinion...
I think Liv is just slowly building up her exit strategy. Just as she did with Digby, she will tell her friends about Tristan making her feel a certain way. Friends will then all coddle her/tell her they miss her 'light'/ 'the fun party Liv' and try and rescue her (Sam, Harry, and Alex all did as Julius is currently doing). Tristan will waste his time defending himself to friends/ his relationship only to be framed as the mean guy. Liv's friends stick their nose in her relationships because she always invites them to.
I can already see it because Ollie said in this episode that he 'didn't like Tristan's behavior' at some cottage. With that all said, Tristan, seems a bit like the guy who is overly serious and wants everyone to know 'what a great guy he is' and that he is a 'nice guy'. He needs to relax. Currently, Julius hasn't really done anything all that wrong/ was fed info by Tiff and Sam/doesn't owe Tristan anything as they don't know one another like that.
I think Tristan and Liv are incompatible. I think Tristan is more mature than her just as he was more mature than Verity.

I agree that Liv invites her friends into her relationships. She’s never going to be happy with anyone until she’s confident in herself.
She must be terrified of commitment, because every time she's happy and settled she starts getting scared and looking for the door. I wonder what happened to digby.

When people butt their noses in and say they see problems with someone’s relationship (this could be not actually the case in reality) they are actually finding this and any excuse to make a problem. Even simple stating this it’s actually what could make someone insecure and think there is actual problem so then they really start having problems. Tristan and Liv - they’ve lasted for a bit but Liv will find any excuse to leave - beginning of the end T. Fear not - Julius is already getting some lol.

@@watsonrn There are still OGs like Ollie, Mark Francis, Frederick. Uncredited Sophie didn't speak in series one (blink and you miss her) but appeared as a full cast members few years later. Jamie Lainge started series 2
OGs like Spencer, Millie/ Hugo (married with baby), Binky are married and or have kids.
In series 1 they should have cast some 16/ 17 year olds so some would still be in the show now at 27 a decade later.
I'd like to see the return of Caggie, Francis Boulle, Gabriella Ellis who was Ollie's bizarre ex girlfriend (before he was out) but it would not work as the cast are too different.
