    The one-handed pull back on Buck Williams against the Blazers is a blocked shot against almost anyone else NBA history. That looked like a straight up stuff, but what MJ did to avoid it is inhuman. Finishing it was certifiably insane.

      I think that was against Grant Long and not Buck Williams as I didn't see Buck in the video but did see what looked like Buck as he had a black jersey like a Blazers style road jersey and was number 43 and he had goggles. That was Long of the Heat and was near the end of the video. An amazing play.

      The media muppets only say that to sell their shows. The young fans only say it because they never saw Jordan do it live. As cool/crazy as some of these are on video, they just dont do it justice. The video equipment wasnt anywhere near half as good as it is today. The 80's/90's videos(even the best versions) aren't even as good as most phone recordings today. So it's a misconception based on flawed evidence. There are great athletes today. But, they're shown in much better quality at many more angles. Jordan was the greatest and Jordan is the greatest.

    • @aconfusedshoe6240
      @aconfusedshoe6240 4 года назад +1

      @@kneo12 LeBron in his prime had the same vert as Jordan. LeBron is not stronger, he just weighs more and NO strength and weight don't PERFECTLY correlate. Plenty of videos of Jordan getting hit and muscling through contact MID AIR. LeBron is more durable, yea because he's only ever once in his entire 16 year career played all 82 games. Jordan did that multiple times including the last 3 seasons of his career AND he managed to stay pretty much injury free. LeBron is faster? Nope. Jordan's official 40 yard dash time is 4.3. LeBron's at his best was 4.5. Wilt is the greatest athlete of all time but LeBron is not a better athlete than Jordan. LeBron's stiffness and lack of agility alone makes him a worse athlete than Jordan.

    You are right in everything you said, but you forget one more thing: MJ most of times didn't "stretch" his body when he jumpued. What I mean is that if you notice, sometimes his head is as high as the defender, but his hips are higher. This means he had not stretched his torso yet, because he would do it on his way down, and that's why a lot of times it seemed that his defenders were going down and he would "hang", because he was just stretching himself in mid iar, so in reality his true jumping apex was not truly reached. And example of that: ruclips.net/video/ibuSDuKAIFw/видео.html
    And BTW Jordan had a 45.6 inch vertical documented in 1983.

      The weird thing about MJ is that he is considerably taller than his family members such as his parents and siblings. He willed himself to grow taller. And I’m not surprised because his mental focus is out of this world. Many main stream scientists after studying quantum mechanics believe that the consciousness can manipulate the physical world. Somehow MJ made himself taller and possess all the gifts from his mind. If you pick one attribute of MJ as the most important, it’s his mind. Very scary individual. Never will be another MJ in any sport

    I don't know why and people could Lebron is more athletic than Michael. I doubt Lebron could do even one of those things Michael did. There are actually more examples of super athleticism and body dexterity that are out of this world by MJ. And they say Lebron is more athletic? GTFO!!!

      Hassan Abdallah yeah MJ has small feet for his size which was a huge advantage because big feet aren’t good for athleticism and control. He was a physical freak. Huge hands and small feet. Perfect basketball body. I remember during his career that his physical attribute reminded me of the Ridley Scott’s Alien. Dark, huge hands, bald, back slightly slouched, and just menacing.
