It's already close to 30 years ago. I was a little over 10 years old at the time and came across this game. It must have been 1994~1995 It was 2001 when I finished all the process of this game that felt so difficult. Played this game many many years ago. It was the first game I beat on 1 quarter. Took forever to do that. Got to the point to finishing the game without even losing one man. Amazing game
Pure simple fun. No need to tell the introduction, story, or control scheme. Everything you need to know and do is thought out to intuition. They do not make games like this anymore
Cabal meets Sunset Riders. But it’s great after the final battle the good guys decided the riches was better in the hands of those who needed it instead of blowing through it themselves.
We had this arcade machine here in Warrnambool, VIC, Australia before they ended up shutting down I think in 2005 or 06, my best friend & I played this for hours after school on Friday nights.
Is there anyone reading these comments on this account because I remember playing the original blood brothers arcade video game back in the arcade’s about over 30 years ago when arcade gaming centers within in the cities and worldwide because I remember the scene when that cowboy was fighting a trio of giant vultures and the vultures with dropping eggs releasing these chicks, and the thing is, he would have to destroy the chicks while destroying the vultures one at a time and the music today is kind of decent.
Like from one of the comments to mentioned that this have some kind of invincibility cheat enabled. There were so many times could have die from bullets or explosion. Was really good at this game back in the 90s and had to jump around to avoid the bullets while this guy just standing there for the bullets to come at him.
I loved this game, but the difficulty got impossible. You could quarter munch your way through it, but not the bosses. If you continued on a boss the encounter would start over and he'd go back to full health. If I remember right there was no dedicated dodge roll button. You just had to spin the trackball to the side hard and hoped that he did it.

This game was so good on arcade when I was a kid.

This is so very funny, that every victory run has the cowboy skip over to the far background! Nice! :D
