I'd like to see how long he could do a hollow hold on a mat. Or just 6 inch leg lift hold. Most guys give out before 3 minutes, a few can do 5-10 minutes. Love to see a competition as this is a real test of endurance/toughness.

Ciao buongiorno; mai in sofferto in verità alle mani. L'unica soluzione comunque è allenarsi rimanendo sotto alla soglia di fastidio, magari con esercizi che incidano più sui grandi muscoli che sui flessori delle dita. Magari fatti anche vedere da qualcuno che possa confermarti che non è tunnel carpale.

Tazio una domanda, come gestisci la tua alimentazione? Non sono certo il tipo che vuol diventare grosso, faccio arrampicata/mountain bike e pare che qualsiasi dieta tu stia facendo abbia ottimi risultati per le prestazioni!
Ciao; guarda, io semplicemente da sempre seguo un'alimentazione sulla carta "sana"...la classica piramide alimentare: 60/65% carbo, 20/25 proteine, 10/15 grassi...con gli occhi di riguardo del caso: carbo complessi, carne due/tre volte a settimana, frutta e verdura tutti i giorni, fritto una/due volte al mese, no alcol, no formaggi, no affettati.

Not perfect form, but very impressive! The wide angle lens makes it more difficult to see the 'real' form due to distortion, so probably another camera would have been great.
