The way in which the global financial system is structured, all banks can fail and the government will have to bail them out. This serves as an argument in addition to a zillion others, about why privatization won't lead to any more efficient utilization of funds than keeping the banks in the public sector. What will happen to SVB in few days is what we already know, how Adani and Ambani and all the other businessmen got bail out by Modi which means he paid all their debts using our money we pay in taxes, same will happen with that Bank and it will be saved.
