been binge watching all of your videos and drawing along with you :D! I have a question about overpainting: How do you choose the colors? I feel like this is probably the more intuitive part that people may not understand unless they start doing it over and over again, but is there a general color scheme (hue/saturation) that may help in discovering colors that work for overpainting? Thank you again for another lovely video :)
i tend to choose a darker shade of the colors surrounding the line im painting over! this is where my pin light trick (tinted lineart) comes in handy. i have a tutorial over on instagram and i also explain it in my coloring process video

I just finished HOO yesterday and I enjoyed it a lot. Anyway, keep up the amazing work and your art is so incredible and stunning!! 😭❤❤
My art has also been pretty dull before i was always scared to use saturated colors in case it hurt my eyes or something but in the past year I've started turning up the saturation with layer modes and stuff and it's so much fun yeah Saturation and Luminosity layer modes have helped my art look more vibrant while also maintaining a softer look because it balances out the values a little bit 💖
Thanks for the review! I was considering getting this but the fsct that u had to reinstall the drivers thrice feels like a con to me despite the really cool things it offers 😭 the same issue has happened to me with a huion tablet (hs611) and it does get bothersome. btw i think you got the pro version instead of the 15.6, as the buttons look different plus there is no included pen holder so the other stuff might be different. I might still consider this if i decide not to go for the Kamvas 16!
_I have a question! After using the tablet for a while, no scratches appeared on the matte protector? I don't know how to prevent that from happening or remove them :(_

havent scratched mine, but you typically can't remove scratches unless you get a new protector or take it off
the color i think of is actually warm peach colors and warm reddish browns instead of yellow :] very much still warm colors though
