We can add on ventricular measurements , Great vessels ratio ( Pulmonary artery : Aorta ) and renal pelvis AP diameter . Its difficult to examine the limbs in detail in third trimester but an attempt in counting the number of feet & hands can be achieved . However its always should follow with disclaimer regarding the limitations of structural study in third trimester
