As per my information sentosa island is opened 24hours but the last metro from beach station departs at 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am on friday-Sunday. Still you can double check the timings once you board the metro

Sea aquarium in singapore is Asia's largest aquarium and 2nd largest in the world. If you want to explore it you can try in singapore
