Good video, just to add , it should be held for 2 minutes as it enters a learning function. You’ll know when it has completed as the card lining panel will close more or less to half way.

It should sit a mm higher than the rear roof after reset. Yours needs bracket mount adjustment.

2015 worked like a charm just make sure you start the car and completely cycle it. I made the mistake once before of not letting it fully cycle and it would only go back and forth no auto or tilt.

NicoleKristine Check and lubricate the tracks. Closely investigate when the noise is happening to try to work out what is going on.
Don’t be intimidated by the fact it is a bmw. They are still machines like all cars and can be worked out and fixed. They are just better built. 😉 MRT

This only works in some instances. If the motor is broken or the track jammed it won’t help.
