May I ask, what is "the ground fault and output overcurrent protections"? - related to F070

Hi Nizam, The fault codes are listed in this document: cdn.automationdirect.com/static/manuals/wegdrives/programmingmanual.pdf on pg 1-1.
Sounds like you are trying to ramp to 30Hz? Try a longer accel ramp (2X, 4X). If that fixes it, then your load is simply too big for the accel rate you are currently using. If that doesn't fix it, then contact our free technical support during regular business hours - they will be happy to help. You can see all of our tech support options here: www.automationdirect.com/support

      HI Mat,
The TECO A510 isn't sold by AutomationDirect so we are not familiar with that drive and can't provide detailed support. But in general, if you are getting and overcurrent fault with no load, then you either have a bad configuration or something is wrong inside the drive. Try resetting to factory default and operating with no load. If you get a fault, there is probably something wrong with the drive. If you don't then you have a configuration error. Free tech support and free tutorial videos is just one of the reasons folks prefer to buy from AutomationDirect.com.
