Clearly, you don't understand what this man is trying to say...
Like this man, I am old school, so I immediately understand his message. Back in my day, no one, I mean NOBODY, pulled out a gun or a knife during a fight.
And, we didn't unfairly gang up on a single person. We opened a circle and fought our fights one on one, fairly and with no weapons involved.
In fact, any fights that took place with weapons involved were so rare back then that if one did happen, it made the evening news. Back then, we were raised with integrity, even while being violent. We never kicked an opponent while they were down. We fought like men! And, whether it was win, lose or draw, we took the results without retaliation or argument.
I feared no one but even I got my ass kicked on more than one occasion. But, I would rather get my ass kicked than fight unfairly. Because, a good ass kicking is a lesson in itself!

He was a willing participant, and his mom is obviously not a good influence. She is an accessory to the shooting. Listen again they sent him in to get valuables at that point when he didn’t return back in the time frame they deemed pertinent they then threatened his mother. You and I both do not know whether he was able to close that door behind him as we don’t know full specifics. But you have definitely jumped to the conclusion he could have and should have. But facts are you get beaten by brass knuckles and your mother is being threatened as well. It is not past the point of self defense. Diversity is our strength
@@elmoredneal5382gunshots aren't scary in the country like they are in the city.
Gun shots ARE an everyday normal thing, if you live in the ghetto. I've NEVER heard gun shots in my neighborhood but, it was rare that I didn't hear them when I went to visit a friend who lived in the ghetto.
Another drug deal gone wrong? Say it ain’t so
Another person talking drugs. I didn't hear anywhere in the story drugs mentioned.
@@garyszewc3339so....you just glossed over her saying they met up for a drug deal?
@@garyszewc3339she said “they met up for a drug deal”
@garyszewc3339 bro it's in the first like 10 seconds are you fuckin slow
@garyszewc3339 you don't listen very well do you?
"I wish it was like the old days where everybody fight instead of shoot" when you are being beaten with brass knuckles we are past that.
Why am I seeing images of the usual suspects in my head? 🤔
They're Hispanic so is that what you consider usual?
Hopefully the guy recovers and doesn't get charged
Admitting to the drug deal will be his downfall... he should have kept quiet.
Self defense. The end.
So everyone will be charged
He defended himself and his Mom. There should be no charges at all!
*Teen attackers can be the most dangerous criminals because many of them possess the speed and strength of a young adult while lacking the developed empathy of an experienced adult. This is one reason why child soldiers are used in third world country militias.*
The last comment from the witness has nothing to do with this case. 1 on 1, no crime, pure fighting, yes go fist to fist but jumping somebody, robbing them and threatening their family is not a time to fight fair.
you reap what you sow...
Yes sir
I mean it was a drug deal that had gone bad 🤣 if you trap be prepared for some like that
Sometimes you reap what you don’t sow but what others sow.
Just said this literally 2 minutes ago on another video. That one was concerning the Trump vax.
This incident was clearly Self defense
Nope drug deal gone wrong murder no matter what
Drug dealing is illegal fam he's getting hit with murder
@@Gunautist43 he will not be charged with murder if it was self-defense. He may be charged with drug-related offenses if the prosecutor decides to pursue that. At the very least, they should require rehab and put him on probation.
@@ds37215if a homicide occurs during a prior felony act (such as drug dealing), that is felony murder. If the DA decides to charge with it.
@@kevingooley9628 I agree, but the homicide would be charged to the accomplice involved in the attack, not to the one who defended himself. The self-defender would only be charged for the drug dealing, at best.
The law could not charge people for defending themselves during an attack, even if there was criminal activity, because that would lead to too many issues. People could take advantage of the fact that both were involved in a criminal act to commit worse crimes against the person. For example, if a person in prostitution was defending herself from a john who got aggressive. This is why it's possible that he might not even be charged for the drug dealing. They want people to come forward, so they may let a lesser crime go or give a plea deal in exchange for testimony.
I pray this teenager has seen the light and stays the heck away from drugs. A friend's son was murdered trying to buy a bag of weed. 15 years old and he died for that. They slit his throat, robbed him, beat him and left him in the woods.
Fight? They were beating the shit out of him with brass knuckles
I’ve seen some pretty big 16 year olds and short 19 year old MEN! It doesn’t matter at that point. Defend yourself with anything you’ve got.
Whenever you don’t see a picture of the suspects, we already know what they look like
19 year old black, 2 16 year Olds illegal immigrants from Honduras.
Last name of the one killed was cortez
What did they look like? These "16 year olds."
