All passive income ideas work as long as you put the work in. I focus more on cryptos, NFTs, real estate crowdfunding and IDOs. With the assistance of a financial consultant, I’m doing well for myself.
Depends where you are I’m in nyc and now this seems like a horrible way to make money. The government will swoop in and freeze rents even for high income people or make an apartment rent stabilized and in ten years you no longer can afford upkeep and have to pay to be in a rental org to lobby for you to get rent increases that barely cover inflation. And you can’t “discriminate” against horrible tenants

I’m not rich and I won’t be rich soon but I have dreams to be rich. In the mean time I wonder if what we can take away from these videos is the mindset of the rich. I beg to differ. I am in the level 2 group, and still love their content. You change your input, and the output will do the same. You are rich, but you don't know your value.
Step 1. Calculate how much your lifestyle costs. Step 2. Once you have 2X that amount coming in from passive sources (money you don't have to actively work for), you become financially free. Mention: you need 2X in order to be able to cover unforeseeable expenses.

LEVELS. Seems I'm between Upper Middle Class and Rich. i could live my current lifestyle to Middle Class when I reduce my hours as planned next year. I also have assets (mainly Stocks) which could be reconfigured to generate more income, so could probably reduce hours even more. And with that time I will do ....... Well still looking at the possibilities, I am at least able to do that now. Thanks Alux for the inspiration.
LEVELS I would offer this wisdom, be cognizant of the investments that you are looking to move into. Study them thoroughly, and even then study them again for any weaknesses. I would argue that this is especially true in today's world, where too many people blindly trust technology and algorithms with their finances. What happens when you lose everything because the person/wizard behind the curtain tricks you into doing so?

There were less people when the old rich took their risks, there was less technology. The main thing that bothers me about this episode is pitting. You are falsely pitting new against old, a very low level move. A lion only takes over the pride, by destroying the leader and killing his kids. That is the same in all species, the new rich just have more tools available to play with and avenues to travel because the old lions forged the way. Don't ever forget that you have a podium, because someone else built the city your standing in. Young needs old, just as old needs young.

I was poor the skills and lessons they taught me were outdated I thought it was because I was poor and slow, but when I started to get with the times, especially with technology and remote working, I ended up learning how to get rich that way the world is changing very very fast. The world has changed a lot from 2002 in 2013. We now have so much technology that we can learn anything in the palm of our hands. The industries were you need warehouses, and thousands of workers to make you rich isn’t a thing anymore. You now have people that don’t want to work so you have to find other ways to make money and at the same time pay employees a fair wage and make them work for you did John D Rockefeller way we have the 1900s is obsolete and has been for decades
