Yknow man this might be the most random character analysis video I've ever seen. But man do you make it interesting, sansweet is such a vital character that so many of underappreciate and I think you really portrayed it well. Great topic, great presentation, great video! Thank you! This video has been one that I knew I wanted to make because as kids me and my brother would make fun of this dude every time we watched this movie. We found his character to be hilarious and I was shocked that no one ever talks about him. So I thought hey I could make this fun and interesting and it’d be a good opportunity to flex my editing in a different way with the spooky 1950s aesthetic in the beginning. I also like how this one just goes and moves at a quick pace. I’m experimenting and trying new things while keeping it fun, glad you enjoyed it. ✌️
Next Incredibles movie will have Sansweet as the villain and make a big reveal that it was all a scheme to get rid of the supers that could stop his villainy.
You know what I don't even like The Incredibles, it's too serious and intense for my tastes but dang you're making me want to rewatch it or find an analysis video about it or something

Honestly after watching I both have a greater appreciation for the movie while also having a clear answer to what about the film I do not like. Like it's a good movie! It's amazing. It's just not for me
I dunno, it feels like having your Cobaining turn into a catastrophe resulting in over 50 people getting severely hurt and hundreds or thousands more having their lives suddenly upended by the train they use to get to and from work suddenly being put out of commission for months on end... That's the sort of thing that would give your life a brand new meaning. He saw how many people were hurt by Mr Incredible's actions (he going out on his own terms, not hurting anyone and wasting only the time and tax dollars of the police, coroners, and morticians and such. As far as Mr Sansweet is concerned he's not culpable for any of the actions after he jumped). So he wanted to have people like Mr Incredible held accountable for their brash and highly destructive brand of heroism. Is he right in doing that?... ehhhh not really in this instance, since Mr Incredible could never have possibly foreseen any of the knock on consequences of his actions and was therefor incapable of making an informed decision. And even if he knew he only had a few seconds to make the call in a high stress situation. And even if he had more time it's not his job to play the trolley problem it's his job to do whatever he can in the moment to help people because if suddenly starts picking and choosing who he saves that can quickly become corrupting. But still, I think there's more nuance to Sansweet than just wanting that bag. From his perspective, his life had no meaning or value, and as such there's nothing lost with his loss, and then here comes Captain Hero to injure and main dozens of people and upend the lives of countless more, all in pursuit of saving a $0 bill. Now he bears indirect guilt which gives him a purpose amd a value, to save others and keep them safe from the walking talking battleships playing Dirty Harry out on the streets.
