I just got one of these bikes for myself today. I’m a little skeptical, but I hope that’s actually the way you say it is I just wanna bike to be able to commute to work and back, and this thing looked by far the best out of most of the bikes in this price range on Amazon.

Great review. I've been looking for an e-bike that is easy to get on(I'm 65) but also seems well built and has room to carry stuff. I currently have a DYU D3F(14 inch wheels with a basket in the back that can carry 20-30 pounds worth of stuff..:)). I'm ready for something bigger that can go a little faster and has more range. I live in a flat part of Texas so hills aren't really a problem, but being able to go at least 30 miles between charging the e-bike is. I really like the price and look of this e-bike. If I buy it will be through Amazon as I've had great experiences buying through them.
I bought this bike after seeing this overview. Thank you. It was very helpful. I do have a question...The manual isnt helpful explaining the information bar on the display interface. I assumed that the bottom right number was total miles ridden as the label says 'mile'. But at the ebd of out block it already read 1.3. I cant figure out what that number represents. Can you help me? First ride for about 90 mins gave me a reading of 51.7. Ha! I definitely didnt ride over 50 miles!
Yes, we are researching this. Ours is registering about 2.7 miles times more than it is really doing. Ex: It shows 27, but I really did 10. I am not sure how to fix this, when I set it to MPH, everything should be displayed as MPH. I am reaching out to the company and will update.
After watching this video and others on youtube my wife and I purchased a set from Amazon, but both of mine were missing parts, the same parts and they both have different parts then what was shown in the photos and on your bike, we did not get the adjustable handlebar mount, just a fixed mount, we did not get the same cargo rack, it has not spring loaded holder on it and we were missing all the bolts to mount the front fender arms and our arms are different looking not straight like all photos, when I line them up to the mounting holes on the forks, they touch the wheel? I have sent emails and messages via chat on the website and on Amazon and have not gotten any responses? the phone number on the website does not work, any ideas on how to contact someone for help on this? PLEASE SEE UPDATE REPLY BELOW, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

@@TheAdventuresOfBobDiane Not sure if you already did anything, but I finally received a message back and they are sending out 2 new handlebar adjustable stems and the missing screws for the fenders, they also apologized for the issues and explained that they are now using 2 different manufactures on these bikes and that there may be some differences between them. Once I receive the new items I will update my original comment with my new thoughts for others to see. THX

I did hear back from seller but it took a couple days, they apologized and sent me out the missing hardware and sent me replacement handlebar mounts that I received in 2 days, I was happy to see them send out the requested items so soon, I am very happy with these bikes so far, (have not had them for very long only a couple of days) I am also very pleased to see that the seller was very willing to fix any issues I had and did it fairly quickly once they replied. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a low cost eBike or just starting out with an eBike just like my wife and I, and I thank Bob & Diane for replying to my comments so quickly and for the great video!

In your opinion do you think the throttle could be move to the left side of the handle bar?
Yes, it could, but you would have to move the display over a little.
