the people that have made this could straight up make their own fantasy realm + story or adapt another existing one, the skillset is certainly there, very impressive, the campaign map especially
I'd love to play as a roaming band of cannibals, would be super cool if your captured prisoners added to your food source, with meat and fish being with a slight debuff to morale as they're not people
Well, a good starting point might be if someone made unit sets to start. I know there is a good Elder scrolls mod for CK2 and CK3. The CK3 one is more interesting to me. Since there is a banner kings mod that allows you to play a CK3 game and then generate a specific battle in bannerlord to resolve it. So, then maybe it might be easier if permission could be gained to try making a modmod on that. So, you can at least have Elder scrolls battles. Although, it might be "easier" to just go ahead an make a full total conversion. That would still be a ton of work. Since you need: maps(Both over-world and cities) units items(to a lesser extent) gameplay features like magic.(Likely pretty hard.) NPCs, etc. Although, maybe you might be able to help find some other interested people to help make it happen if you want it enough.
Love it and the thanks for showing this I cannot wait to see what else gets added. Maybe a few more factions/races woohoo. Maybe even monsters? Really though this looks fantastic.
@@KingLouie111 Thank you, only if I would read every information available before speaking out loud. And is the mod worth getting right now or should I wait for the update? Becasuse it would be upsetting to start a campaign only to abandon it in a week or two.
I would give the undead no upkeep whatsoever, would not require food but recruiting would be restricted to the amount of killed on the battlefield and their. So 1 to 1 conversion. Units would have no morale and never flee, but they are by far weakest faction when it come to comparing soldiers of same tier (I would make tier 5 undead to be like tier 4 alive).
Gonna be honest, I'd rather have the content from this mod merged into the bannerlord vanilla world. Ie, the weaponry, armors, races and such.. But thats probably just me.
Honestly I am surprised we haven't gotten a fantasy bannerlord, I mean who wouldn't want that? Heck I forget the studio name but that made Total war games, they made total war games with a niche for everyone even Fantasy and I know Warhammer, but I promise you its nothing like 40k, infact its a better world than 40k.... but still sucks..
Idk the limitations of modding, but a neat idea could be a necromancy/demon raising skill, that would produce “mana” every day, depending on how high the level is. It’s used to summon as many dead soldiers as you can afford. Maybe after a battle you can create more soldiers with extra mana + all the dead enemies you just fought
MB fantasy 1 had them basically as party members you could raise after battle but they scared non evil aligned members so you had to go all in on necro.
I hate that these new TC mods are in parts, miss the good ole one click days lol. Also I must have fucked up with this one because it crashed anytime I tried to change my race in the character creator, and then the world map all the terrain was a big "missing texture" and most of the troops were invisible. So instead of trying to figure out how I screwed up I just deleted it and went back to warband once again
Dude! I'd love to just have a monstrous mount that crushes enemy formations! I want this mod for those beasts alone! Just dawn the heaviest armor and biggest shield and the Rhino can do the rest, legitimate juggernaut.
1:23 That is not a moose. Why does peoples always mistake moose with every other types of deer? Or is moose a general term to designe deer as well as a specific specie? Very interesting mod, it's impressive it was done by one personn alone.
Bro I hope Bannerlord does something like this, it would be amazing to play around with the possibilities of wildly different types of creatures (wolf rides having both rider and wolfs attacking or Undead armies not needing sustenance and inflicting fear on mortals) and dont forget orcs!
Athas is just the Dark Sun setting of Dungeons and Dragons lol. Like the name and lore are literally copy paste. Not a complaint really just funny. And I don't think the mod author knows what BC means because this doesn't resemble 1170 bc at all. They probably meant 800 to 1170 AD/CE which was the early medieval period but honestly that's still wrong what with all plate armor (vanilla Bannerlord is roughly early medieval). Maybe they mean it as in like the post Bronze Age Collapse in a sense of new civilizations being formed.
did the install and mod order properly, but i have missing textures in character creation and about 80% of the map says missing texture. anyone have a fix? ive deleted and redownloaded but still the same
As a 24-old who lost his passion for fantasy and video games this mod looks damn sick, downloading it right now and can't wait to play it. My inner kid thanks you
Moose mounts? That's a stag :P
Indeed it is 😅
@@KingLouie111 We all make mistakes, including the commenter here, it's really an Elk :)

it would be cool if you were controlling an undead army and everyone you killed would be able to be taken in to your army as troops😮

I don't know about that. The asset origins are sketchy. The dude keeps asking for my newly released assets.
If the campaign map is original its really good. As a DM, I know making a good map is hard, and Aeurth seems to have a really good overland aesthetic.
@@BestMods168 So pretty much like all the best Warband mods?
this reminded me of Warband's Paradigm Worlds and POP..
Now that is awesome.
Athas is a reference to Dark Sun the AD&D setting. Thats awesome.
1:23 those are elk, not moose. they even look closer to reindeer than elk too.
I'd love to play as a roaming band of cannibals, would be super cool if your captured prisoners added to your food source, with meat and fish being with a slight debuff to morale as they're not people

I see that the mod is currently not present on the workshop. Will it be back?
0:24 Yes I remember reading about the skeletal armies in my history book.
Thanks man keep showing the next big mods and how to download them excactly
2:12 bruh that’s legit Sauron from lotr (no offence tho, I love lotr)
now imagine this with Elder Scrolls, or even only Morrowind. Perfection
there was a skyrim mod for m & b warband. I still have a tiny bit of hope

Why isn't it on the steam workshop anymore?

I can’t find this mod on steam. Is it on or will it be coming soon ?
i cannot find it either. seems to me that its taken down
same here can´t find it
doesnt come up in steam workshop at all
As a huge fan of the Total War: Warhammer series, I am watching this very closely and already excited to give it a try
there's actually a mod that turns bannerlord into Warhammer too
01:40 FYI, Refuge. You pronounced it refugee.
Sounds like deluge, or centrifuge, or scrooge.
Yo..undead gotta make a livin' too ya know?
Is this still on the workshop? I can’t find it
Currently not. Check the video description.
just so you know that wasnt a moose that was a reindeer
The mod looks good. Most of the lore seems based on old D&D settings. Athas is just a copy paste of Dark Sun.
too late old world is here 😂
anyway finally a vid about this overhaul thank you!
does the game have to be installed on Steam? or can I mod the Xbox app one?
the link in description doesnt have the mod just the maps ?
I dunno what you think was going on in 1100-800bc, but that was not the aesthetic of the time :P
is there option to install this mod manually to play it via Xbox Game Pass?
Du hörst dich sehr deutsch an sehr gutes video 👍🏻
It's no longer on Steam Workshop
Dark Sun: The RPG???
Very COOL!
when i try to use the steam link it says "no mods that fit your search criterea were found".
Same here

How does that timeline match up lmao
I can’t get mine to start it’s removed Module after loading after the wait time

Unfortunately i cannot see the mod on steam, does anybody else have this problem?
They are currently working on updating the mod to v1.1. Check the video description to get the most up to date version.

Nothing here resembles 1170 BC to 800 BC. What a bizarre claim.
