A suggestion. After putting it back together do not close the door. Use a screwdriver or similar tool to trip the latch, then verify that the both handles will open the latch. If you skip this step, close the door, and then discover that it will not open, you are in a bad place because the screws holding the latch in can't be accessed. You might wind up having to destructively break the latch apart to get the door opened. If you also put the door panel back on, then you might have to remove the seat to get at it to remove it.
I think it is really sad that when you look at what goes into the design of all these parts that make up a car, they just miss by only a small margin to make them more reliable.
The small switch that is like a dull white color is what actually controls the window, but you can only buy it with the door latch assembly. You might find that switch on eBay, but the whole assembly with brand new parts is only 45 bucks and very easy to change.
My car is acting up now with the window not going up all the way and sometimes it will go up and down on its own. Now it works right but is super slow when openeing the door, it still drops enough to open the door but it rubs the seal when it opens. Does this sounds like the door latch.

maybe looking at the data pids in the door module locked and unlocked might find that easy
Why didn't the BCM time out solving the latch issue??
