I'll be putting it up in the garage so that it can be left up and not get in the way. Yes I will have to keep track of the electricity usage. Although I will probably be looking at LED lights which are low power they add up. My old lights are 14w so those 3 at the bottom add up to 42w, the propagators are 22w each so there's another 44w bringing it up to 86w. I've an extractor fan that is 14w but I have a gizmo that let's me turn it down. The lights I'm looking at at the moment are the spider monkey 74w although there are others. I have bits to build a diy growlight but that would probably end up at 180w max. I think that heater is the biggest power drain at 600w max so at the moment it looks like I could get to 1000w but with 2 more lights needed. That's with everything on max - the heater can be dialed down to have it tick over (and there's a couple of things I could do that could use & conserve heat) and if I do make a diy led light it would be able to be cranked down. I will be looking at the best way for me to use it and not break the bank.
That's a nice looking grow tent, that'll give you a great start to the season. When will you start using it? Look forward to the first use review of it. Take care, Poo
Thanks, it's exactly what I was looking for. I still have to decide on all the lights, get the extraction fan, sort out a space in the garage and add holes for the vents and cables bit the idea is have it all ready for the start of the year
Looks like this is a new technique for spring planting...
That's what I have planned for it
Wow - that's a big 'un!
It's big and it's black but unlike Piggy Malone I ain't being afraid of it.
That’s a fancy bit of kit! Does it stay in the house or in the garden? Mind, you’ll have to watch out for those electricity bills!

@@jasons-jungle Perhaps candle light might be an option if the bills keep going up! Mind you, even candles are pricey these days!😂
