You do know that in some places the culture and beliefs aren't the same right? I get that it doesn't look great but people being such freaked out germaphobes sanitizing their hands at every turn doesn't help your immune system at all. Those are the people that when they get sick they get really sick. Obviously if they were that worried they wouldn't do it but again different culture different way of life.
