Pickled green tomatoes - canning - beginner friendly

*I said 1/2 pint in video but these are pint jars. This recipe made 6 pint jars.
INGREDIENTS:
14 lbs small green cherry tomatoes (I just used as many tomatoes as I could per jar)
4 cloves garlic (I did 2 per jar)
4 stalks celery (1 stalk per jar)
4 hot red peppers (I did 2 cayennes per jar)
4 heads dill or 1/2 tsp dried dill per jar
About 1tsp peppercorns per jar.
1 quart water
1⁄2 cup pickling salt
2 quarts white vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
1) Combine water, pickling salt and vinegar on stove. Bring to a boil and let boil for about 5 minutes.
2) While your liquid is boiling add your garlic, dill, peppercorn, chili, and celery to each jar. Then pack as many cherry tomatoes in each jar.
3) Fill jars to 1/2 inch head space from top.
Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath. 10 minutes if at a lower altitude.
