I find it annoying that LG and Samsung limit their spin speed on spin only when the load is just fine. I think it's just the way they are. If that spin had been on the cotton cycle it would have done the full speed. Hotpoint really just wastes a lot of time when spinning. They could use the time they waste spinning each time and add a 3rd rinse for full loads?, instead of just sticking with the 2 high level rinses.
