Cool event. As a cross country skier I think some could do with some technique training. They could save a lot energy and go faster. That said I understand it is a machine so you could adapt the technique as you don’t have to transform it to actual skiing, and I also understand they would totally crush me in the other events 😂

How much weight is on that sled push? I counted 7 plates which is 315, but how much is the sled?
On the hyrox website states that the sled weights around 60 lbs
