I still believe we'll find out the Ultimate Invasion Kang was The Maker we saw at the end of Venom, inspired by his Sue to become Kang. The Maker we are following I believe is a different version that was manifested in the OG Ultimate Universe after The original Maker stayed within the 616 universe.

I appreciate your guy’s insight and predictions. Here’s mine:
I think Harry will die and Peter will inherit his legacy, crime fighting HQ, and bad guy prison. From this HQ he will regularly see Gwen Stacy. Gwen will be grieving and the only person she will be able to share with who knew that Harry was the goblin is Peter. They will potentially have an affair.
