As nice as he seems it needs to be remembered that this is a man who is gambling for profit off of the backs of people's desires to own homes. By doing this he, and others like him make home ownership harder and harder for the lower classes. So no matter how affable he might seem, he's still hurting society and doing it with a smile.

Harry, any interview with Ackman should be followed up with an interview with Carl Icahn. No doubt Carl would be VERY receptive because he's definitely noticed Ackman going on podcasts like Lex Fridman. Also, Leon Cooperman is also doing appearances on RUclips. He's got some very distinct views on Trump that would definitely increase viewership.

You’re only a true supporter When you’re on the downside of that free speech and you still believe in it even if you dislike what’s being said. But what kind of human being could be against human rights equality and ending Apartheid????

Not the right solution for the common man but the right solution for well hedged or benefitting individuals. More employees equals more money for the top companies. They can care less about the folks waiting in the lunch line. If the restaurant is busy, who cares about if people can afford it.

1:00:28 that sounds good on paper but horrible in application, most Americans have no idea how to manage money and a majority of that million would go towards sustaining material needs.
You could probably restrict what they spend it on and it would still work out pretty well
That would be their own fault, at least they can't complain about not having an adequate pension

As nice as he seems it needs to be remembered that this is a man who is gambling for profit off of the backs of people's desires to own homes. By doing this he, and others like him make home ownership harder and harder for the lower classes. So no matter how affable he might seem, he's still hurting society and doing it with a smile.
