    Can you do a high protein low caloric meals of the day please?? And what app do use to track macros?

    I really enjoy the truthfulness and the honesty that you put in your videos. They're very encouraging. The positive energy is fabulous and with Scarlett becoming a teenager boy, do I remember that it was my daughter and one day you're going to say she's not even calling me. Mom Mom every minute and it's like such a change but just think you still got your little one to go through all that goodies and then you got a good friend in Scarlett so you got it going girl. Good for you and thank you for sharing everything

    I like what you said about, not everything we eat has to taste great. Food is meant to fuel our bodies. We should have the mindset that what we eat will benefit us in some way. Thank you for that tip!

    I loved this video and with the healthy habits throughout the video. I’m going to really be better with having a goal for steps and doing the suggestions you gave . Yes, some things with food , I have a lot of self control with I can only limit myself with.

But just chiming in quickly to tell you how much I enjoy your fitness talks/content-related videos, and I always enjoy all of your videos because I feel like when that is your lifestyle it is kind of always mixed in, and love seeing your kids too because we have some similar age ranges...just love how motivating you are as a woman, mom, wife, and person.     Hi! You inspire me so much. I've actually bought myself an apple watch just to get at least 10k steps a day like you. I am just starting with something small. I've been trying to eat healthier too. It's sometimes sooo hard to eat a different healthy meal instead of the normal pizza or mac and cheese whatever the kids eat for dinner. Thanks for all the tips though, I appreciate it!!

      You can’t out exercise a bad diet :)

      Exactly!!! Diet is honestly more of a game changer than fitness when it comes to slimming down. But they go hand and hand! You can work out as much a you want but if you eat a bad diet than it’s not going to get you results really

    I’ve started working out at home with dumbbells. I’ve been finding full body workouts on RUclips, but I’d love to know what the most helpful workouts I can do at home are. would you recommend? I’ve been using eight as I’ve just started working out.

    New to your channel 🩷 love the advice for a healthy life style! I strive to do the same as a mom of 4 boys! Ohh no about the cannon! That’s what I use as well and got it at the “lower” price point! I’d probably cry if I had to get a new one now 😩 Alani nu cheers I’m drinking that one today too 😂

    Love this content. Do you have a ninja creami? I watch all your videos but I’m spacing if you have one or not. I live a very similar lifestyle to you and the creami is a life changer!! I’d love to see some of your recipes if you do have one. Or favorite protein shakes and bars for times you do add them in to your diet. Always looking for new ideas ❤

    How do you get it all done with friends, play dates, keeping up with laundry, meals etc. do you limit playdates and outings for kids? I just feel like I’m scrambling and my kids r just making a disaster in the house. It feels like clutter and trinkets everywhere. Also how do you do meals? Does everyone each different?

      I really feel like creating daily to do lists and prioritizing tasks from most important to least important is how I function daily! I also have help from my husband and cleaners who come 1-2 a month. We door dash meals a lot for ty and I, but I cook the kids food most evenings. Normal kid food lol. We actually cook meals 2-3 times a week and eat as a family! Hope this helps

    What do you do with art work or little trickets or crap 😂 toys that kids come home with or accumulate? Any organization tips? I noticed your house is so clutter free.

      I am a chronic purger lol. If I havent touched it in a year its gone. We keep only significantly important art work etc Other stuff stays on the fridge for a week or two then we toss.
