So glad they sorted it out, then getting back together 2011 was beautiful see to see, this really missed each other and love each other and it was clear to see.

He's a cocky knob here but he always was. What's interesting is that you can tell that this is mostly a big front - you can hear the sadness in his voice when he talks about the others. I think he thought that they would never do that to him, even though he had been acting like a complete prick for the last year and a half. I'm really glad they made up though. It was really lovely to see them come back together and genuinely get on again.

I really like these kids' questions. They are better than adult questions. They are very honest questions coming from a pure place.

Great down-to-earth interview, a very genuine guy & honest about his feelings. Was weirded out by the gradeschool fans, then researched & saw that "Live & Kicking" was a kids show :D

It’s not gonna be like oasis ?!
Yeah I mean it’s not like he mimics Liam’s voice in ‘old before I die’ etc.

I still wonder what the heck he was doing with all that time. He could have had a completed album by the end of 96 instead of 97. Weird that, but it all worked out. Also, of course he was "copying" his favourite band in a couple of songs while finding his own style, it's not like Oasis fucking invented Rock'n Roll...

He wasn’t allowed contractually to release anything until after Gary had released his first single, so that created a natural fire break. What he was actually doing through the end of 1996 was looking for the right writing partner. He tried working with a lot of different people with middling results and the only 2 songs he ended up using were ‘ Old Before I Die’ and ‘Clean’. He met Guy Chambers in January 1997 and they wrote most of Life Thru a Lens in a week, and the rest is history.

I think he answered very honestly. And he had strong self belief & confidence in his ability to sing & entertain. And he wasn't wrong.

That poor little boy’s face when he hears Rob doesn’t miss the other guys from Take That 🥹
Anyway, Rob looks dead cute here. I like his hair.😊
