- The second video of my no bootable fix video hope you understand better in this video,WHAT I'M DOING IS NOT WIPING THE CONNECTION,PLEASE CHECK IF THE TERMINALS ARE NOT PROPERLY FIX OR THE TERMINAL IS DIRTY.FOR MY CASE ITS NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED.. There are many ways to fix the problem,some use keys combination via the keyboard but if all else fails you can try my way of fix,if it does not helps you in any way please bring your device to the qualified technicians for repair.

I was about to call a tech and I saw this. Immediately saw that this was my problem. There was actually a piece of cardboard already in there to hold it in place and it had been jarred loose!

I was having a serious panic attack after I dropped my computer and it kept telling me about the boot disc because I don't have one, but once I new where o look I fond that the thing wasn't even attached inside, but now it is!! It worked, thank you. after it started up the only other possible problem is that it shows that may disk needs to be checked for consistency, but other wise it's good thank you

Sorry late reply,once u found it u have to check if its even connected between the two terminals..if its not then connect them both if the problem persist then ur hdd is no good..

Ok, So if I am correct-- you removed the battery first. Then you removed the hard drive. It looked like you sort of cleaned it a bit but see I have a Toshiba, I can't really clean mine because it is housed inside. Then you put everything back and turned it on. Well I did all of that and to my dismay it did not work for me.

Just popping the battery worked for me. Didn't have to reconnect the hard drive. Might want to try that first.

could this be the issue with one of the HP "All in one" computers as well ? I guess I'm gonna strip it down, tear it apart and start from there. Either that or I have some 12ga, .45 and .223 rounds I need to get rid of :/
Can removing the HDD cause data loss? I'm trying to check if the HDD loose but it turns out that the disk itself is firmly held by at least 3 screw and not even budge the slighet when I try to touch it. Now I'm thinking to remove the screw and check if the terminal really unconnected properly or dirty, but not still fear it'll cause data loss. I probably can recover the system to factory setting, but what I really need now is the safety of my data.
The PXE-E61 error is caused by your Ethernet being unplugged when the PXE ROM starts. Even if it was plugged in, he'd get PXE-E53 due to most likely not having a PXE server set up

So I also cleaned the disc driver and i had to update time and date after that again it says „no bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key“. Just cleaning the disc driver won’t help?? What do i have to do next?
